Hwall's P.O.V:
I came back into the classroom early, my friends trailing behind me and punching each other in the arms. "Hey, Hyunjoon! We'll go buy you some drinks, alright?" One of them shouted. I nodded to them, smiling gratefully. I weaved my way to my desk, sitting down heftily in my chair. Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a pink envelope.

"What is this?" I wondered aloud as I carefully took out the envelope by its corner. It dangled in my head flimsily. It was decorated with stickers and doodles of hearts. Was this even meant for me? Curiosity got the better of me and I ripped open the seal that was taped shut. I opened up the hollow inside, my fingers finding a folded piece of paper. I fished it out and unraveled it, placing the envelope on my desk. I leaned against my chair as my eyes scanned over the sloppily written words.

"Their penmanship is horrible," I commented as I continued reading it, my eyes darting from left to right swiftly. It was too cheesy for me, and way too cliché. The sender didn't even print their name or even an initial at the end. "Oh well," I shrugged carelessly. Without another moment of consideration, I crumbled the paper up, stuffed it back in the envelope, stalked over to the trashcan, and dropped it inside.

Third Person P.O.V:
Haemin returned from lunch with Sunwoo, who was grumbling about how mean she was on the path back to class. She bumped into Hyunjoon in the narrow halls, stumbling back and nearly crashing into Sunwoo. He caught her, unaware of the fact that Hyunjoon was looming over them with a straight face. "What are you doing? You drunk or something? High on the amount of saltiness you have?"

Haemin lifted her foot and stomped on his toes, causing him to lurch backwards and jump around on one foot, howling in pulsing agony that seared through him. The pain forked through his body and seemed endless. "Ow!" He groaned, glaring at the back of Haemin. Then he detected a shadow that towered over her, and raised his eyes. "Oh..." He fell quiet, letting his foot down on the ground.

Haemin was blushing feverishly, her entire face looking like a vibrant red tomato that exploded everywhere. "H-Hyunjoon! Hi! What are you doing here?" She held her hands behind her back, sweat collecting at her forehead. Nervousness churned inside her, making her feel jittery and like jello. She felt like she was about to collapse and crumble and any second. "Pig. Say hi," She ordered through clamped teeth. "Fine," Sunwoo bluntly stated before raising his hand to him stiffly, as if a robot. "Hi."

Hyunjoon quirked a brow at them. "Weirdos," He muttered, just loud enough for the two to hear as he brushed past them and continued his walk down the hallway. Haemin knitted her brows. Did she do something wrong. Wanting someone to accuse, she swiveled around to send a deadly glare to Sunwoo. "You! Stop acting so weird! You made him think we were crazy!" She crossed her arms impatiently. "Oh, so it's MY fault now?" Sunwoo rolled his eyes. Haemin curled her fingers into fists but soon relaxed and loosened up. It wasn't his fault... She knew it, but she couldn't help but point fingers.

"But why him of all people?" Sunwoo suddenly brought up. "He's... Nice," Haemin began. In truth, she knew nothing about him. She just hoped he would be the perfect guy. "And?" He prompted. "Smart?" At the end, her pitch heightened to resemble a question. "If you like him so much, you shouldn't question anything," Sunwoo mentally facepalmed. She knows almost everything about me. So why won't she choose me? Sunwoo wondered defeatedly.

"He probably got my letter though, right?" Haemin accidentally blurted aloud. She covered her mouth with her hands, praying silently that Sunwoo didn't hear. Just for her sake to not make her feel upset, Sunwoo pretended he didn't hear anything. He could tell by her actions that she didn't want him to know that she delivered a love letter to him. He had to respect her wishes, even if it pained him and pierced his heart to watch her like this. He subconsciously gripped his shirt over the area where his heart is, letting go after a few seconds.
