"When you're not sure, flip a coin because while the coin is in the air, you realize which one you're actually hoping for."

Sean's POV

"Leila." I said.

Her eyes were puffy with crying. Her nose was bloody rose as her cheeks looked similar to that of Snow White's.

She was shivering though I don't whether it was because of cold or fear.

It was like her heart had stopped beating. She was deciding weather or not to trust me.

Then suddenly, she closed her eyes and fell. She didn't faint but she was surely weak.

"Leila." I called her name and using my superspeed, got to hold her before she hit the ground.

I held her right hand in my right hand and my left hand was around her waist.

Her body felt cold and was weightless to me. Her eyes would open after each second or two. She didn't make a single movement against mine.

My left leg was standing to support our wait while the right one was lying straight for her.

I somehow took off my jacket and placed it on her. I gave a side of my jacket in her fingers and she tightly grasped it between her thumb, index and middle finger.

If it wasn't this situation, I'd surely appreciate her for the tightness in such weakness.

I picked her bridal style and she adjusted her hand on my chest.

I knew she was catching cold so, I ran back to my home.

I rang the bell using my right hand and trust me it was itself a difficult task. Somehow, I did it.

Leila still tried to keep her eyes open while tears made their way till her chin.

"Don't close your eyes yet... Don't close your eyes yet." I repeated because I wanted her to take some medicines before falling to sleep. She tried to do what I told her.

Blaire, my maid, opened the door. She gasped and was shocked as she covered her mouth with her hand.

I took her inside as I, forcefully, made my way past her.

Eve was sitting in the drawing room with her head hanging from the couch's back. T.V was also playing.

She saw me walk past the room and suddenly alarmed.

She came to me and cried,

"Sean! Sean! What's wrong?! Who's she? She looks like- No! What's going on?!"

I just ran in my human speed and said,

"Bring me some tablets in my room. Aspirin. Fever. Cold." She just nodded and we both, using our superspeed, ran to our destinations.

I gently placed her on my bed as I jerked away my jacket which she had already left.

I placed her head, resting on my hand, on the pillow. I pulled the covers on her.

She satisfyingly closed her eyes as more tears escaped her eyes.

I sat down on the ground just beside the bed.

"Don't. Don't" I said as I panicked a little.

Just then, Eve ran inside with the pills and a glass of water. I just glanced behind.
