Leila's POV

The drive was silent since both of us were nervous.
However, after a few minutes, we reached a restaurant.

We got out and went inside. We took the table right beside the window. The colorful lamplights dangling outside, were giving off their colorful reflection on my face.

We sat down and the waiter came by. After collecting our orders, he went away.

"So...want to talk?" Sean asked suddenly.

And I, the great, answered out of blue,
"Let's wait till the food comes."

He nodded in understanding and we both waited for our orders.

Finally, I could let my sweet dinner invade my mouth.

After I ate a satisfying amount of food, I said,

"So...let's talk."

Sean wasn't actually eating like a hungry bear, unlike me, and he didn't mind leaving his meal in the middle.

He wasn't hungry, why was he eating anyways?

Sean's POV

"So...let's talk." Leila said out of nowhere.

So, I dropped my fork and started making sentences in my mind which was surprisingly a very difficult task for me since no words were getting in shape to be enough explaining.

Then, I looked at my plate to see I had eaten more food than I had expected.

I wasn't hungry, why was I eating anyways?

"Leila....things are really simple...and nothing is hidden from you." I took a break and she gave me an expressionless face.

I licked my lips and took a deep breath,
"I went to the witch and explained everything. She just rejected it."
I again paused.

"And?" She asked.

"And...that's all." I told her with a shrug.

"Like...she rejected it like...that?" She asked with a cringed nose.

"How else was she supposed to?" I asked getting a little angry.

She didn't answer back.

"What now? Is there any other way?" She asked after silence of a few minutes.

I sighed and got myself ready. Actually...this was the question I was waiting for...

"Actually... No. There isn't any other way. What it is...it is."
I replied trying to sound very explaining.

Her eyebrows knitted.

"What will we do now?" She asked with restlessness. Of course, I could feel her impatience and anger.

"Listen Leila, we can't change what's happened... I won't stop you from moving on in your life, live the way you want... I won't stop you."
There, I said it. If I had a choice, I'd never say such a thing. And honestly, I was myself not sure if I meant it or not.

Leila was utterly shocked. Her mouth was hanging open and she was speechless.

"...And you?" Now, this really shocked me. I had never expected her to ask me about myself. Maybe 'cause I hadn't thought about my own self.
