Sean's POV

I was disappointed. Leila shouldn't had done this. It might be a very small thing for a third person but for me, it was...hurting.

When she asked me what was wrong, I didn't know what to tell her. I tried to be straightforward and clear.

She was drunk. I could see that. The way she couldn't keep her eyes open and unhook her pendant.

"I'm sorry" she replied with guilt.

I was shocked. No explanations, no excuses, just apology.

I signed in response.

"Is this single word strong enough to explain everything I didn't even hear?" I asked her with a tilted head.

She sighed and continued,
"It was Zack's idea to go to the club. I told him that I had to meet you goodbye but, he promised we'd return by the time and-"

"-and you were so tired that he directly dropped you at home." I completed her words as I cut her off.

She nodded her head slowly.
"I'm sorry." She again apologized.

"It's...okay. Just be a little more careful next time." I forgave her with a wholehearted smile.

I was honestly glad that it wasn't her fault and that again I was proved right, Zack was a jerk.

She smiled too in response and that's when I didn't want to leave.

"You want to stay over?" She asked as she again closed her eyes and threw her head back.

Great, spoil me.

I stood up and looked around.

I, so badly wanted to stay the night. But, I guessed it would be really awkward.

But, I couldn't help it.

"Since you're forcing me that much, sure."

We both chuckled.

She again went back to her sleep while sitting.

"Gosh Leila, get up." I said as I grabbed her wrist and pulled her to stand.

She groaned in response and while whining, went into the washroom as she wore her washroom-slippers.

Leila's POV

I went into the washroom and brushed my teeth. Just when I was about to change my dress, I felt really irritated and annoyed so, I took it off and jumped in the bath tub.

Hats off to me!

I, after I don't know how much time, finally decided to get out of it and get some life.

I dried my hair with a towel though their was still water dripping off.

I wore my signature nighty aka my purple pajamas with white and black hearts and a white short-top with a panda.

I love my PJs.

I got out and saw Sean sitting at the balcony on the couch staring at nothing in particular.

I got to him and dropped the soaked towel on the other couch.

I stood in front of him and put my hands on my hips.

"Do you have a memory issue? 'Cause I think you forgot I was waiting for you"

I pressed my lips together and nodded my head slowly.
