#stay_lovedSean's POV
My heartbeat fastened as I walked towards the Witch's house.
I was definitely nervous. Maybe because I was myself not sure if I wanted to reject this bond. But no matter what I thought was right or wrong for the time being, the eternal conclusions would remain.
The whole public rejecting her, what would I do then. How would I manage it.
I rang the doorbell. After two rings, finally the door opened.
A fairly pretty, about 40 or above lady stood in front of me. And the funny part was, we both recognized.
"Am I dreaming? Or is it actually our king?" She said with a smile.
"It's me, Vezelda." I replied with a smile too.
"Want to come in?" She asked as she got aside.
I nodded while smiling and got in.
She guided me to the living room as we sat down.
"For me?" She asked with a smirk while pointing towards the bouquet of flowers I'd brought for her.
"Um...yeah." I replied and passed it to her.
"Drink or coffee?" She asked.
It was weird how she was acting so calm perfectly. I mean, if someone you hardly see comes upon knocking your door, you'd definitely be surprised. But it was like we've met each other a lot.
"No thanks." I replied.
"So...without talking about unnecessary topics, let's get straight to-"
"Why so hurry, your majesty? Let's first meet the Supreme Witch. Now you don't have your king coming over daily, do you?" I got the cue as I nodded too and we both stood up.
We walked out of the house and she guided me throng lanes.
Finally, we reached a strange, unfamiliar building. It looked finely built. I could feel the aura of supernaturals all over. I knew, it was an entirely Witch Community.
We went inside and I noticed, instead of benches or couches, people were standing. As if practicing, some having their wands ready to attack, some meditating.
Some were reading hovering books too.
Everywhere was dark, no light accept some candles and lanterns dangling. Everywhere quiet. No one was talking.
"Those hovering books are magic books. You know, of spells and charms. And the lights and silence are to make a suitable situation for everyone to concentrate. Witch pros." I was shocked at her such casual behavior.
Her "witch pros" astonished me. She didn't sound like an old witch but a wise one.
I nodded anyways.
She led me to a huge hall and at least there was light.
There was a U-shaped table all against the hall's walls. Actually, the whole hall just had this large oakwood table. Some seats were empty, some were filled.
"Ladies, please welcome our king, Mr.Sean Ryan Strigoi. Be careful not to call him Sean." She introduced me to every lady there and my head jerked towards her when she told everyone not to call me Sean.
How could she know, that I only used this name for my mate or family.
Mate. My heart saddened a little.
