"Oh that was just my friend Jose. He is a great friend of our family. We have known him for the longest time. His parents and my parents are really close." Benny said. "Oh okay." I replied and looked back at the girls. One of them with beautiful dirty blonde hair, tied up and no baby hairs sticking out and curled at the tips, looked over at me and rolled her eyes. Her and the rest walked started walking over. I quickly turned to Benny. He was putting some things in his locker. Luckily, mine was next to his. "Wow, Benny Rodriguez. Look at you. You look so much different." We turned around and saw that girl. "Oh hey, Miranda." Benny said and smiled. Wait... he knows her? "C'mon Benny, don't be shy. Give me a hug." She faked laughed. Benny laughed and hugged her. While they were hugging she looked at me and smirked. I exploded in my brain. Finally, they pulled away. "So, uh... who is this?" She fakley smiled at me. "Oh yeah, this is Ashley. My girlfriend." He said a put his hand around me. I felt comfort at his touch. "Oh... your girlfriend?" She said shocked. I smirked in my mind. "Yes. I'm Ashley. It's nice to meet you." I lied but I didn't want to cause anything. I put my hand out for a shake. She looked at my hands and then at me. "Your hands look like they have never been cleaned before." She looked at my hands in disgust. I put my hand down and stared at her. She then looked at Benny, "So how did you two start dating?" Benny smiled and answered and told her the story. In a short term. She looked at me with disgust. "Your a girl and you play baseball?" I mentally slapped her. "Yeah. I don't see a problem with that. If I never did, I would have never met Benny." I looked at Benny and I grabbed his face and kissed him hard. I heard a scoff. Me and Benny pulled away and he smiled. Then the bell rang. "Gotta go. C'mon girls. Bye Benny, see you later." Miranda said. She looked at me turned around, flipped her hair and walked away. Bitch. "What class do you have right now babe?" I can't believe he didn't know what was happening. Guys, can be blind at times. I looked down at my scheduale. "I have English." I said and looked at him. "Awesome, me too." I smiled wide and we held hands walking to our first class of the day.
