I looked back at the guys. "I think that's wnough for today." I told them. They just nodded, still shocked on what happened. The guys except Benny walked to the tree house to clean up the mess. I walked up to him and I wrapped my hands in his open plaid shirt. "You okay?" I asked him. He looked at me and nodded. "You sure? You seem out of it?" I said. "No, I'm alright. Just shocked on what just happened is all." Benny said. I nodded and I put my hands on his cheeks, I stood on my toes and kissed him. "We'll get that ball one way or another." I kissed his cheek. He looked down at me, smiled, and nodded. "C'mon. Let's go help clean the tree house." I said. I grabbed his hand and led him to the tree house to go help and clean. After a couple of minutes of cleaning, Scotty said something. "What now?" He asked. We all shrugged. "Yeah Yeah, your the skinniest one here!" Benny said. "Yeah.. yeah I am, and?" Yeah Yeah asked. "Benny, where are you going with this?" I asked him, a little nervous. "We put Yeah Yeah over there." Benny said looking at the guys. "What?!?! Okay Benny, I think this heat is getting to you. We are not putting Yeah Yeah over that fence. Have you gone crazy?" I said to Benny. "Look guys, if we somehow manage a way to tie Yeah Yeah to a rope and bring him over the fence quietly, he can get the ball, and we roll him back up with the ball." Benny said. The guys nodded but Yeah Yeah looked scrared. "I don't know Benny." Yeah Yeah. "Benny, you are not putting my baby over that fence!" I said and I hugged Yeah Yeah like I was his mother. Benny laughed, "So now he is your baby?" He joked. "All of you guys are my babies. I don't want you hurt." I said. "Awww Ash!!" The guys said and hugged me. "Please Yeah Yeah. You can actually really get this ball signed by Babe Ruth!" Benny said. Yeah Yeah signed and nodded. I let go of him and glared at Benny. "Thanks Yeah Yeah." Scotty said. "What?" Benny asked me. I just shook my head and continued brooming the floor.
The next day, we were all at it again. The managed a way to hold Yeah Yeah. "It's clear." Said Squints. Yeah Yeah looked back at Ham who is gonna roll him up. "Take me up." Ham nodded. "Be careful Yeah Yeah." I said. He nodded and he started going up. DeNunez, Bertram, and Benny were holding the rope just in case. Oh man, I'm actually scared. "Let me down slow." Yeah Yeah said. I gulped down my nervousness. I looked up at the tree house and Timmy, Tommy, and Scotty were up there. I was a little behind Benny just watching. "A little slower." Yeah Yeah said. "Go slow." Squints told Ham. "Go. Yeah, let me down. Almost there." Yeah Yeah said. "He's almost there." Squints told us. I crossed my arms and hugged myself. I was scared. "Let him down right over it." Squints said.
Yeah Yeah's POV: "Let me down right over it." I said. I got right over the ball. I was panting and I looked up to see if The Beast was coming, he wasn't. I quietly picked up the nasty stinky ball. "Ewww." I said while looking at it. "Okay, I got it. Get me out of here." I looked back at the guys that were on the tree house. "Pull him up." Squints said. Then I heard growling right in front of me. Oh no. I slowly looked ahead and I saw him. The Beast. "I-- I-- I--" I was studdering. I was scared. "Aahh! Pull him up!!" Squints shouted. "Aahhh!" I shouted.
Benny's POV: "Aahh! Pull him up!" Oh nom, Yeah Yeah. Ham started but the rope broke. "Aahhh!" Ham yelled. DeNunez, Bertram, Ham, Squints, and Ashley ran to the rope to help him so he wouldn't go even further down. Then we heard Yeah Yeah scream. We pulled Yeah Yeah up and we were all screaming. We brought him back over to the floor and he was shaking. Ashley ran up to him, "Yeah Yeah! Are you okay?!" Ashley bent down on the floor. He just shook. "I dropped the ball. I'm sorry, I dropped the ball." He said panting. "No. It's okay. At least your okay!" Ashley said and hugged him. "Someone go bring his some water." Ashley shouted. I bended down in front of him, "I'm sorry Yeah Yeah." He looked at me and smiled a little. "It's okay." I scruffed his hair and I looked at Ashley. She looked back at me and we both sighed of relief that he was okay.
