Chapter 30

Star's P.O.V.

"Do come back home to us Star." "You were going to throw your life away?!" "Star...why didn't you tell us?" I frowned in the fog as I hear my friends voices echo around me while I clutched my hand tightly in anger. "Tell them.." I turned my body around towards the never ending fog as I glared daggers at noting while I moved my hand. "That's enough Rabo. Why don't you stop hiding and come out!!" I yelled as I swiped the fog with my right arm, causing the fog to vanish while Rabo stood a few feet away from me with that damn smirk. "Mhm~ You're getting use to my dreams~ Maybe I need to step them up~" I narrowed my eyes at Rabo as he walked towards me with a smirk on his face while I clutched my hand tightly in anger. "Now~ Now~ What's with that face~?" Rabo asked as he walked around me in a circle with a smirk on his face while I gritted my teeth. "You know what you did so stop playing innocent!!!" I yelled as I bared my teeth at him while he chuckled slightly behind me, running a hand through my hair. "My~ I was just trying to help-" "I don't want your damn help!! I didn't need it!!" I yelled, trying to strike him with my arm, but he dropped into the ground then reappeared about a foot away from me as he had a smirk on his lips while I growled at him. "You wanted that Dragon Slayer to feel fear, so you did~" I continued to growl at Rabo as he continued to chuckle at me while I gritted my teeth in anger. "Whatever!! I don't need you in my damn head twenty four seven!!" I yelled as the ground beneath me began to crack under me while Rabo continued to smirk at me. "Soon~ You'll need me~" Rabo looked down at the watch on his wrist then back up at me as he began to walk into the fog, which was returning while I glared daggers at him. "This time, you won't be in a six month sleep~ Thank me later......Prophecy~" Rabo disappeared into the fog as he let out an evil laugh while I looked down at the ground, gritting my teeth in anger. 'I can't let him get to me....I will NEVER let him get to me!!'

I slowly opened my eyes as I stared at the brick ceiling above me, bright lights causing me to blink slightly while I groaned and sat up from the bed, rubbing my head a bit. "You feeling ok?" I looked over to my right and saw Jake smiling at me as he sat in a stool beside my bed while I let out a sigh and nodded my head. "Yea...How long was I out?" I asked Jake as I shifted my body a bit to get comfortable, pooping my back in the process while Jake sat up a bit in his seat. "Actually, you've only been asleep for a few hours." I looked at Jake with a shock look, then looked around for Porlyusica, but I noticed that it was just Jake and I in the room while Jake stood up from the stool as he let out a laugh when he saw how confused I looked. "Everyone went to the Bar. Natsu and Gajeel won their match against Rouge and Sting so they went to go celebrate." I nodded my head as I threw the blankets off of me, swinging my legs off of the bed while Jake grabbed my shoes from under the bed. I looked down at my clothes and noticed that I was still wearing my outfit from when I fought Sting in that battle which made me frown a bit. "Here." Jake handed me my shoes as he gave me a small smile while I smiled and took my shoes from him. "Thanks." "No problem." I sighed as I began to put on my boots, furrowing my eyebrows slightly when my head pounded while Jake's ear's dropped a bit in worry. "You ok?" Jake asked as he looked at me with a worried look on his face while I nodded my head at him with a small smile. "Yea, I just have a small headache. It'll go away soon." I zipped up my boots then began to stand from my bed, but I got a bit dizzy and was about to fall but Jake caught me just in time as he held my shoulders to keep me steady while he smiled softly at me. "Careful, you're still a bit loopy." I nodded my head as I pushed Jake a bit so I can stand on my own while I looked up at him with a sad smile. "J-Jake, I just want to say that I'm so so sorry that-" "I know Star, I know you are." I smiled softly at Jake as I moved away from him while I let out a deep breath, clipping my cloak on me. "Come on, lets go to the others." I groaned a bit from the soreness in my body as I put my hood over my head while Jake nodded his head, his ears flopped down a bit. "I-I have to tell you something." I looked at Jake with a confused look on my face as I turned to look up at him while he looked a bit nervous. "What's wrong?" I asked Jake as he sighed, grabbing my hands in his while his eyebrows furrowed slightly. "I-I told the others a bit about Rabo...." My eyes widen a bit as I grabbed Jake's forearm while his ears flatten down on his head. "What?! Jake!!" "Listen, I told them that a dark wizard has been coming after you but not for a while. I didn't tell them Rabo's name, but Erza and Natsu were looking at me for an answer and I didn't know what to do! Erza said that we should all keep a close eye on you and not leave you alone." I sighed slightly at what Jake had said as I let go of his arm, looking at the ground with furrowed eyebrows while I began to worry about what Rabo might do to them. 'What if he goes after them? What if they all get hurt and it'll be my fault? What do I-' "Hey." Jake called as he placed a hand on my shoulder, causing me to look up at him while Jake gave me a small smile. "Don't worry, Rabo's not going to touch them. Not as long as we're here." Jake said as he gave my shoulder a slight squeeze, giving me a stern nod while I gave him a determined smirk. "Right." Jake and I gave each other a nod as we both began to walk out of the infirmary while I let out a sigh. "So what's happening in the Games?" I asked Jake as we walked down the hall of the coliseum while I looked up at Jake with a curious look on my face. "Well we're given a day to rest before we have the finale battle to determine who's the strongest in Fiore." Jake said as I nodded my head at him with a small smile while I sighed deeply. "I really screwed up huh?" I asked Jake as I looked up at him with a nervous smile while Jake looked up in a thinking pose, humming a bit. "Mhm......Yup! You kinda did!!" Jake said as he gave me a closed eye smile, putting his arms behind his head while I sulked slightly at him. "Way to sugar code it Jake." I pouted slightly as I looked up at him with a small frown while he continued to smile at me. "Don't worry Star, you're still the same to them." I smiled softly at Jake as I gave him a nod while the both of us walked out of the coliseum and onto the streets of Crocus. Jake and I walked to the bar in silence, but would occasionally talk to each other while Jake tried to make me feel better about the situation. I was just....mad at myself for letting Rabo get into my head and letting my emotions go like that....it's something I need to keep in check before it gets out of hand. We stopped in front of the bar with a small smile as we heard shouts and glass clinging together while I sucked in some air, trying to get rid of the jitters I had. "It'll be fine Star." I looked up at Jake with a nervous frown as he gave me a small smile then gave me one of his best closed eye smile while he tilted his head a bit. "They'll still love you!" I gave Jake a small smile as I nodded my head at him then grabbed the door handle while I opened it for the two of us. "Mhm?" Jake and I walked into the bar only to be faced with Gajeel, Wendy, Natsu, Lucy, the exceeds, and Gray as they looked over to us with a shock look on their faces while Jake gave them a huge smile, but I kind of looked off to the side. "Hey guys!! What's going on?!?" Jake asked in a cheery voice as he gave them a small wave while I frowned slightly in my cloak when I didn't hear them make any sound. 'They're probably still mad at-' "Star!! You're awake!!" My eyes widen a bit when I felt Lucy hug me tightly as she sniffled a bit while I tensed up at the hug, but slowly relaxed and hugged her back. "Yea.." "Hey!! Looks who's awake!! How do ya feel Star?" Natsu asked as he and the others guys walked over towards Jake and I while I gave Natsu a small smile. "I feel a bit better, tired but better." Lucy and I let go of each others as I looked up at Gray who stood in front of me with a smile while he brought me into a tight hug, making me relax a bit and hug him back. "Are you sure you're ok?" Gray asked in a whisper near my ear as he pulled me closer to him while I hummed, nodding my head at him with a small smile. "Yea, I feel fine." Gray and I let go of each other as Natsu stood in front of me with a huge smile on his face while he also brought me into a hug. "Glad you feel better! Maybe you're up for a challenge so I can beat you!!" Natsu yelled as he let go of me and held his fist up with a smirk while I smirked back at Natsu with a small chuckle. "In your dreams Natsu." I laughed slightly as I looked at him with a smirk while I heard Jake chuckle behind me which made me side glance him. "I told you they'd still love you." I smiled slightly at Jake as I looked up at Gajeel who walked in front of me, but I looked at him in confusion when he gave me a serious look on his face while I tilted my head a bit at his sudden seriousness. "I need you to come with us. I got something I want to show you three." Gajeel said as he looked down at me with a frown while I nodded my head at him, but gasped a bit when I felt Jake wrap an arm around my shoulders. "Sorry Gajeel! But anywhere Star goes I go!" Jake said as he gave Gajeel a huge smile, making me smile while Gajeel frowned a bit but nodded his head. "Fine, you can come as well." "Then we'll come too!" Lucy said as she and Gray stood behind us with a smirk while Gajeel sighed at them, groaning a bit at the thought of more people going. "Fine, let's just hurry up." We all nodded our heads at Gajeel as we all walked out of the bar, following Gajeel while I furrowed my eyebrows at Gajeel a bit. 'What did he want to show us??'
