"I-- I.." hindi ako makapag-salita. Instead, I hugged him back and pulled him closer.

He stiffened at first pero agad naman siyang huminga ng malalim at naramadaman ko iyon dahil sa init ng kanyang hininga. He didn't say anything but he continued to hug me.

For the first time in five years, I finally hugged him like this again. It felt so surreal, it felt like I was home. Hearing his heart while I'm leaning on to his firm chest made me smile.

Sadly, even the most magical moments in life would never last.

"Ria where did you--"

We heard footsteps and Red's voice coming this way kaya agad ko siyang tinulak palayo at saka pumasok sa bedroom ni Cassie. In just a span of seconds, I already closed the door right in front of him before he could even react.

That was close!

"Oh, Max oppa! Asa loob ba si Ria?" Red joked. I smiled while listening to their conversation from the inside.

"Yeah. Inaantay ko siya cos I think she used the bathroom," Max answered. His voice was so deep and husky. "Oppa?"

"May bathroom naman don. Tara," I heard Red say. Unti unti lumayo ang boses nila habang nag-uusap.

"You know what? Lalo kang gwumapo. You look like a freaking korean oppa even though chinese ka!" Narinig kong sabi ni Red habang papalayo na sila.

"What's an oppa?" Max asked innocently. I smiled.

My heart fluttered again while remembering what he said kanina while he's embracing me. I know ang dami ko pang aalalahanin and I know ang dami pang problems na walang solution but I just can't help it.

He likes me again!

Well he didn't say it straight.. but he said I made his heart flutter! I know I still have a lot of challenges coming my way but knowing that he's slowly falling for me too just makes up for everything. Nawala na ang lahat ng takot at inaalala ko kanina.

I just hope this time, everything would turn out right.

Lumabas ako sa kwarto after 5 minutes and went to them. They are now having a party inside the condo at nag-labasan na rin ang iba ng alcohol drinks.

Sa may window, I saw my friends talking to each other and taking selfies. Pinipicturan nila si Vee holding the flowers.

"Congratulations," I told Vee as I approached them.

She hugged me kaagad at sumama naman si Jane and Cassie. It warms my heart because we've been through a lot of things and yet we're still here together and complete.

"Parang kailan lang, we're just drinking inside the bar tapos Vee was taking care of us," Cassie said as she wiped her tears.

"Tapos ngayon, she's already engaged! And she's the first one!" Jane said.

Tumawa naman si Vee as she hugged as tighter. I can see it in her eyes that she's genuinely happy and I'm so happy for her.

"Sino kaya next satin?" Vee asked.

We all looked at Cassie at agad naman siyang umiling ng mabilis. We laughed at her reaction.

I looked around and I saw Max with his group. Red and the others were forcing him to drink but he refused. Nagtatawanan sila because talagang pinipilit nila uminom si Max!

I walked towards them while the girls followed behind me.

"Stop forcing him to drink, ano ba!" I hissed.
