"WHAT? It's a girls trip!! Bakit kailangan kasama ka pa?" I asked hysterically habang tumatawa si Max sa gilid ko and I glared at him.

"Mom's orders," he said. Inabot niya ang phone saakin. Nag-kibit balikat lang siya at umupo sa tabi ni Max. Nag high-five sila at nag-tawanan ulit.

"Mom please! I'm already 20, I can take care of myself! Dapat girls lang nandon.. it's a girl's weekend getaway after all!" I tried to reason out. Besides, it was clear na sabi ni Cassie she doesn't want to see Red's face ngayon! And if Red is coming, for sure he will bring company!

"Ria, you know you can't travel alone.. it's just your Kuya! You have to choose, itutuloy mo pa ba yan or wag nalang? If ayaw mo isama ang brother mo, I won't allow you to go there.."

Sumalampak ako sa sofa at nag-dabog. Pumunta naman si Red sa harap ko at nag-simulang sumayaw ng walang music, Max was laughing so hard hindi na siya maka-hinga. You guys find this funny, huh?

Binato ko si Red ng throw pillow. It's already 10 in the morning and Max slept here again kasi ginabi na sila last night magkakaibigan. Zac and Wade left early and now I'm here with these two idiots habang nagpapaalam sa parents ko for our trip.

Mom was on speaker mode with Dad, kaya naririnig din nila Red ang sinasabi nila.

"Ria, stop being stubborn and just let Red and Max go with you guys," sabi ni Dad.

"Come on, Ria. Kami lang din naman nila Max ang sasama eh..." Red winked at me. Inirapan ko lang siya because I feel like he told mom and dad na kailangan niya sumama.

"I don't want you guys there!"

Max looked at me and pouted. "Ouch."

Hindi ko siya pinansin and patuloy na kinausap ang parents ko. They insisted na isama na sila Red for my safety na rin. At the end of our discussion, wala rin akong nagawa because they won't allow me if hindi ako pumayag.

After our call, Max and Red just looked at me at inirapan ko sila sa sobrang inis. Tumayo na ako at kinuha ang bag ko para pumasok.

"I'm going!" sabi ko. Max followed and he waved goodbye to my brother.

"Ano, all set na ha? Don't worry, Me and Max will drive!" Red shouted and he was smiling like an idiot! Hindi ko na siya pinansin at lumabas na. Nag-lakad na kami papunta sa parking ni Max because he will drop me off before siya umuwi.

He was smiling at me pero di ko siya pinapansin. There's nothing wrong with having them there pero kasi, what about Cassie? Red's there and for sure hindi pa rin sila okay. I don't want Cassie to feel awkward during our trip, kaya ayoko isama si Red. 

I'll just try to talk to Red mamaya and ask him what's between him and Cassie later when I get home. Pumasok na kami ng elevator ni Max, pero hindi pa rin ako nag-sasalita. Tinignan ko siya and I saw that he was looking at me.

"What's wrong?" he asked. Naka-sandal siya sa walls ng elevator. He looks good as usual, kahit na naka t-shirt and gray joggers lang siya. Why is he so damn attractive these past few days?

"We won't bother you there.. we just want to make sure na safe kayo since lahat kayo girls lang..." he said. Max knows me, at alam kong alam niya ngayon na may prino-problema ako and that is Cassie.

"But, I think Cassie won't be okay with it, baka hindi pa matuloy.." I said.

"Let them settle it between the two of them, Ria. For sure Cassie will still push through kahit andon si Red.. and if it makes you happy, I'll help nalang para ilayo si Red sainyo. Basta, I'll be watching you from a far to make sure you're safe.." he said.
