Hawak hawak ko ang iced macchiato that Mr. Limjuaco bought for me while smiling to myself. Maybe this is his subtle way of saying sorry because of what happened the other night. Baka naguilty siya because I admitted na I cried because of him.

I smiled at the thought na baka concerned pa rin siya sakin. I hate that I'm being idealistic when it comes to him even though I know he really changed a lot. Umaasa pa rin ako.. na somehow the old Max that I loved is still there.

I glanced at his office. Nag-uusap pa rin si Yixing at Mr. Limjuaco sa loob.

I looked at Yixing at narealize na ngayon ko lang siya nakita kaya siguro wala siyang alam sakin. Even before sa birthday ng Ama ni Max, hindi ko siya nakita. Maybe he's in China that time.

But somehow.. I feel like I've seen him before. Hindi ko lang maalala kung kailan at saan pero I'm sure, nag kita na kami. Yixing was laughing habang nakaharap kay Mr. CEO. I think they are talking about something important dahil two hours na atang nasa loob si Yixing.

I jumped when I looked at Mr. CEO's direction at nakitang nakatingin ito sakin. I quickly diverted my gaze back to my laptop. Did he see me looking at Yixing? Damn!

Nag-ring ang landline kaya kinuha ko agad ito para sagutin.

"Hello?"

"Ms. Adelson!" I heard Ms. Jessica's enthusiastic voice on the other line. "Have you seen the news? It's all over the internet!"

"What?" I asked, puzzled.

"Your interview with Mr. CEO is already up online! Tignan mo sa Business Insider, alam ko dun pinublish. I'm holding the magazine copy right now!"

I told Ms. Jessica that I'll check it right away and ended the call. I opened my laptop and quickly typed in the site na sinabi niya. There in the front page, I saw a big headline:

Interview with the Young Billionaire in Manila, Philippines.

There were a lot of reads, likes and shares to the article itself. Take note, wala pang picture na pinalabas si Max! What more if meron? I'm sure it will trend all over the internet, lalo na because of his good looks and all.

There are a lot of comments from people saying that Max is a bachelor. Madami rin daw kumukuha na media for interviews but ngayon lang siya nag-approve, and he only agreed to answer five questions. Because of that, people find him mysterious.

I stopped reading the article ng biglang bumukas ang door ng office ni Mr. CEO.  Napatingin ako sa dalawa.

"Alright, cous. I'll go ahead and fetch Marco," sabi ni Yixing. Tumingin siya sa watch niya.

"Make sure to bring him home, Yix. He's grounded after Dad found out that he went drag racing. I can't fetch him today since I have a meeting," Mr. CEO said at sinarado niya ang pintuan.

Nag-iwas ako ng tingin sakanila at kunwari busy mag-basa sa laptop. They walked papunta sa elevator. My eyes followed their every move.

"Hahaha of course! Tito might kill me if I let Marco go out again. I don't know why he drag raced all of a sudden. Sabi lang niya, pustahan daw. And whoever wins will get this particular girl's number or something," Yixing said habang nakaharap sila sa elevator. Umiling siya habang natatawa.

Mr. CEO is wearing the usual fitted slacks in dark blue and matching coat with white shirt inside. He looks so classy even though naka semi-formal lang siya. With his height, body and looks, he can really carry any clothes.
