KAYE 's Point of View

"W-WHAT ARE Y-YOU DOING HERE!? "

We both exclaimed. Kitang-kitang ko ang pagkagulat sa expression niya and Im sure, ganun rin sakin.
I glanced at all his things. May dala siyang luggage and bags. Dont tell me.

"I have no idea that you are actually staying here all this time."
He replied.

"Te-Teka lang. Ba't dala mo lahat ng gamit mo. Saan ka pupunta? " I asked curiously

"Isn't it obvious. Im moving here. Nagkaroon ng temporary breakdown sa electricity and water supply sa apartment building ni nay Kristina dahil nagkaroon ng aksidente lately. Electricity wires that supplies energy in that area are damaged at kasalukuyan palang inaayos ngayon. All I thought, walang naninirahan dito thats why I decided to go here but to my surprise, andito ka pala." he explained.

Seriously? Kuya Kaizer, living with me? No way. Last time, it was kuya Lyon trying to approach me and now, si ku-kuya Kaizer naman? Iniiwasan ko sila in the first place yet, parang sila naman tong lumalapit

"Oo. I-Im sorry. I stayed here pe-pero, no worries, naghahanap narin ako ng apartment na malilipatan. "

Then nagkaroon ng sandaling katahimikan between us. Its 6 PM and I was about to cook dinner nang bigla siyang dumating. How am I supposed to move now knowing that Kuya Kaizer is here.

"A-Ah sige. Pumasok ka na. Lilipat nalang ako sa iba. The hotel maybe. Magpapa book nalang ako. Dont worry aalis na ak- "
I was about to go upstairs para magligpit pero hinigit niya yung braso ko.

"No. You dont need to do that. Its fine with me. I have no problem anyways. I can used dad's bedroom."

Heto na naman siya. All of a sudden, sobrang bait niya then mamaya, sobrang sungit na naman. He really is good in concealing emotions.

"Ah. About that. That is actually the problem here. Yung,room nina papa ay naka lock and wala sakin yung susi." I said slowly. I bite my lips trying to hide the awkwardness.

"Walang problema. Dito nalang ako sa sala."

"Ikaw bahala. " I finished then I quickly walked away from him and shut myself in my room.
Ugh. Ba't ngayon pa mangyayari sakin to. Me plus him in one house is just like an oil and water in a bowl. I cant even imagine how life inside this house would be like if were actually "together".

I suddenly heard a knock in my door at nagsitayuhan lahat ng balahibo ko sa gulat.

"Um, are you there?" I knew it. Its him.

"A-Ah. Anything? " I answered.

"Meron ka bang extra towel there or anything? I just need to take a shower but I think I left my towel. Any spare. Kahit anong meron diyan."

What is he thinking? Hihiram siya ng towel most of all sakin. Excuse me. My things would only be for me. I sighed and dig in to my drawer if ever may naiwan pa si mama dun. Hopefully, meron pa naman naiwan dun which I guess, is actually owned by dad. Kinuha ko yun and I slowly opened the door and handed it to him.

"Thank y-"
But before he could finish his sentence, I quickly shut the door.
I breathe in heavily again. This is really strange but I feel uncomfortable with him.

Minutes passed and hindi parin ako mapakali. Bigla kong naisip na lumabas muna and siguro, babalik nalang ako kapag tulog na siya. Yep! Thats a good idea. Just to ease the awkwardness that I am feeling.

I walked downstairs pero bago pa man ako makalabas, I heard him call my name.
"Trix?"

Bigla akong natigilan.
"Saan ka pupunta? " He asked again.
