Filming Max was just a bother but I kept quiet. He talked and I simply replied when a question was directed at me. I had put on a brave face even though it hurt like mad. Just didn't feel like crying about him. I wore a hoody as we walked the track.

"Jady-Baby." I heard one of my best friends yell.
"Nico!" I hugged him as he finally made his way over. "How have you been?"
"I'm great, did Ricciardo tell you that I need a new Social Media person?" He winked at me.
"I've had enough F1 experience for a lifetime." I chuckled as he swung his arm over my shoulder.
"But life would be boring without you, drinking buddy." He pouted.
"Well, I'm a free woman, so we'll be out and about a lot until Abu Dhabi."
"You better come round every once in awhile."
"If you pay for my flight, tickets and hotel." I showed him my tongue. "Rich bugger."
"For you, always." He let me go as he was called back to his team. "See you at dinner?"
"Got a team dinner." I scrounged up my nose. "See you at Friday's dinner?"
"Yes, I'll round up the gang." He nodded before walking to this engineer.

I continued filming Max.

"So we'll be checking the long runs first." Dan mumbled as I leaned against him.

He just wrapped an arm around me. Selena was on his other side as we were texting each other.

'To: Australian's Lover Girl

Geez this team dinner sucks'

'From: Australian's Lover Girl

I know, you and Max sharing a room?'

'To: Australian's Lover Girl

No, staying at Seb's. Don't even want to breath the same air as him, right now.'

'From: Australian's Lover Girl

You can stay in ours.'

'To: Australian's Lover Girl

No you two need time to do the dirty😂.'

"Jade!"

My head shot up.

"Yes?" I stared at Horner.
"You ready to show your video?"
"I've still got some editting to do."
"That's what you get for drinking." Max muttered, I let it slide.
"I have some fun bits from Riccardo though." I chuckled.
"No, we aren't posting that." Dan's eyes widened.
"But you were cute in that dress." Selena smiled widely.

"Can we talk?" Max stood in front of me.

He was covered in sweat, FP2 just finished.

"There's no reason to talk." I grabbed my bag.
"Jaden, please."
"Max, I don't care anymore." I looked him straight in the eye. "You've wasted my time, my trust, my love. So I'd like you to move along."
"Please?" He started begging.
"Don't beg, you look ridiculous." I passed him and walked my way to Horner's office in the paddock. "Afternoon daddio." I settled in front of him. "Here edited and ready to go."

I gave him my laptop. He chuckled at some points. He nodded giving me the thumps up.

"Have you found out what you want to do?" He looked at me.
"Hulk needed a new social media manager, Seb just needs me, just like Dan. Lewis needs someone to draw his tattoos and apparently Kimi just doesn't want me to go." I scratched the back of my neck. "No, I haven't got a clue what to do."
"Talk to him, figure it out." Christian looked at me.
"There's nothing to figure out." I stretched myself out. "I'll figure out what to do when I'm back home."
"Jaden, just don't leave right away."
"Just put money on my bank account. I won't be here for long." I winked at him. "I'll figure it out, Christian. I always do."

Brazil... Brazil... Oh Brazil. Rain... So much fucking rain! I don't like this shit at all. Max was on the third step of the podium. He drove a really good race. I filmed him, congratulated him before going out with Lewis and Hulkenburg. We got drunk, well I got drunk and ended up in Nico's hotel room. My headache was the worst I had ever had. Which was annoying.

"Morning drunk bitch." Hulk kissed my forehead. "How's the head?"
"It hurts and good morning." My voice was raspy and my mouth was dry. "Had a good night though, for as far as I can remember."

He chuckled before giving me some painkillers and a glass of water.

"So last few weeks." He mumbled as I downed the painkillers with water.
"You got my number." I smiled. "And if you need me anywhere on the circuit, I'm just a plane ticket away."
"Yeah about that. I've sort of booked ahead."
"You are stupid." I chuckled and hugged him. "I keep owing you things."
"You just owe me your presence." He kissed my head again. "Go shower, you smell of sweat and booze."

I rolled my eyes before doing as I was told.

"We're in Milton Keynes, last week before the winter break." Max looked at the camera. "I will see you at the next season."

I simply stared at him as he took over the camera and kept chatting away.

"There will be a Q&A before leaving for winter break. So leave your questions down below." He pointed at the ground.

My eyes closed my eyes as I somehow had laid my head on the table. I was bored and tired. He annoyed me, I knew he would try again, he always did.

"Can we talk now?"

I stared at him.

"Look, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have kissed the girl. It's just that she was cute, she was there and I didn't think it would hurt." He looked at everything but me. "I know, I've hurt you, I know you and I are over. But please forgive me."
"That it?" I cocked an eyebrow. "I'll be editting."
"That's all you've got to say?"
"I hate you, I had hoped for a future but it seems like I had hoped for a lot." I stretched myself out. "I don't feel like crying over you, cause weren't worth it. I won't forgive you, I'll just take my time to forget you."

He stared, words registering in his brain.

"You are nothing to me, one day it will be like the day before I met you." I looked him straight in the eye. "The only thing I've been thinking about is, if only I read the contract. Then I wouldn't even be here. I would've met everyone but without ever feeling anything for you."
"Jaden.."
"I would've been happy. Maybe even dating a trustworthy man. If only I had read the damn contact."
