Jennifer's POV

Whenever I recall what happened last night, I couldn't believe I'd have the balls to call Leah. I might have sound so desperate, but at the moment, I didn't care. I'm more concern about Dylan. I wanna help him but if I tell him what I'm about to do, he will definitely reject the idea.

We are on our way to the airport, he's sitting with me at the back of the car, heading towards his private jet. "I'm gonna miss you so bad." He groaned, gripping my waist tightly. "I promise you, we'll be alright. It might take a while but we will." I said and rubbed my thumb on his cheek. He grins and kissed my hand.

Dylan helped me get my luggages out of the trunk. "Take care of yourself for me please." He says, hugging me tightly. "I will. I love you, Dylan. I really do." I said sincerely. "I love you too. Go get inside." He smiled. I sighed and peck his lips one more time before getting inside the plane.

I wait for him to get back inside the car and watch it disappears and when it does, we were about to board. I spotted stewardesses closing the doors. I stood up quickly. "Hey, hey. No!" I called out. She looks at me and frowns. "Ms. Lopez, is there something you need?" She asks politely. I sighed and shake my head, this is so stupid. "I need you to open the door for me." I said. "What? I'm afraid I can't do that, we are about to board in a few minutes-" , "DO IT!" I raised my voice, startling her.

"I need you to tell the pilot that your boss wanted him to know that there's been a change of plans. Tell him, Dylan said that. Do that if you want to keep your job." I threatened. She nervously nodded.

She opened the door, and guided me out of the plane. "Call someone to pick me up." I ordered. After a few minutes, I spotted a car driving towards us.

"Don't let anyone call your boss and never mention this to him, are we clear?" I said. She just stares at me, unsure of what's happening. "Are we clear?" I repeated. She nods repeatedly.

I get inside the car and told the driver my destination.

On the way there I was panicking inside. I don't know what I'm doing. I'm clueless of how I let myself tangled with this mess. Just by thinking about it, I know Dylan will get hella mad at me but this will help him on the other hand.

Leah still lives on the same house, as I stare outside, I couldn't help but notice the familiar path we used to take every time.

Isn't it crazy?

We were madly, deeply, in love. So in love.

We were so happy, contented and for a moment, I was sure that nothing will get in between us.

And until now, I couldn't help but get sad every time I remember my old life.

There were a lot of unanswered questions.

We are now in front of Leah's house. Our house back then. I used to live here. We fell in love here. And now, those are just memories. Meaningful memories.

I stand there looking at everything. Not a bit has changed. I spotted a familiar face walking towards me. "Ma'am Jennifer?" He calls out. "Oh, Hey, Taylor!" I smiled. "What are you doing here? I mean- it's nice to see you." He chuckled, carrying my luggages behind me. "It's nice to see you too." I smiled.

He guided me inside although I know every way here in this house.

Honestly, I'm surprised that she kept it. I was expecting her to move into another place but she didn't.
