"Hey" a girl says. I look up and see Victory. I've been tied to this chair and tortured for what feels like forever.
"Hi" I mumble.
"How ya doing?"
"What do you think?"
"Right. Sorry"
"How long have I been here?"
"A month. I came in here to get you into the back of the truck"
"Are you gonna kill me?"
"No. I would never kill my friends kid"
"They'll kill me if you don't"
"Actually, they'll leave you for dead.....but I'll help you if you swear to keep your mouth shut"
"Ok"
"They told me to stick you in a body bag and throw you in the back of the truck. Your phone is fully charged, I'll put in the bag. We'll leave you at the Willow Tree Park. Text your parents where you are when we leave"
"Thank you"
"Of course" she says and pulls a body bag out from under the bed. She unties me and puts me in the bag. She puts my phone in my hand then zips up the bag.
"Alright, come get her! She's out cold" she calls out. A feel myself being picked up so I try to stay as still as possible. A few seconds later I land on something hard so I guess they threw me in the back. The car starts moving and doesn't stop for probably 30 minutes. I'm picked up again and then set on what feels like the ground. A couple minutes later I hear their loud truck dive away. I get out my phone and see hundreds of notifications. I ignore them and go straight to my messages.
Me: Willow Tree Park
Mom: Emma?! R u ok?!
Me: No. Help
Mom: We'll be there soon. What part of the park?
Me: Idk. I'm in a body bag
Mom: Ok. Hang on, we'll be there soon
I wait and I wait but nobody comes. I finally give up hope but then I hear something...
"EMMA! EMMA WHERE ARE YOU?!" a voice screams.
"HELP! I'M HERE! HELP ME PLEASE!" I scream back. A few moments later and the bag unzips.
"Emma, thank God" Virgil says. That's the last thing I remember before passing out.
