Taylor's pov

"Daniel!" Corbyn yelled and laughed. "Why'd you take off like that?"

"I told you I was taking her with me," Daniel replied as we walked up to the guys.

"Taylor, we really have to go," Hayden looked at me, and I knew she was serious this time.

I leaned back and looked into Daniel's eyes.

"Do I have to let go?" I pouted.

"You have dance tomorrow," he smiled.

I hugged him tight one last time before he set me down. Everyone said their goodbyes, and Hayden and I started walking towards the car.

Hayden's pov

Once we got in the car, I looked at Taylor.

"What?" she asked.

"You and Daniel, huh?" I raised my eyebrows.

"He's so sweet and talented, not to mention that he's hot," she gushed.

It was so nice to see her happy. Whenever she was happy, everything seemed brighter. I didn't want to ruin her happiness, but I needed to be sure she knew this.

"Taylor," I said with a straight face.

"I already know what you're going to say," she sighed. "Go ahead and say it."

"I want you to be careful. I love you to pieces, and I don't want you to get hurt. Please just watch out, okay? If you ever need to talk to me about this, I'm here," I told her.

"I know, I know," she nodded.

"I love you, best friend," I smiled.

"I love you, too," she rolled her eyes playfully and smiled. "Now, lets go home so I can get some rest before dance."

~time skip~
I woke up to my alarm clock going off. I yawned and got out of bed. I went to Taylor's room and knocked on the door.

"Wake up! Don't be late for practice!" I called.

I went to the kitchen and made myself a bowl of cereal. I quickly ate, and as I was going back to my room, Taylor came out of her room.

"Morning," she said before walking to the kitchen.

"Morning," I smiled.

I went to my room and took a quick shower. I blow dried my hair and brushed it. Then I quickly applied some foundation, concealer, powder, and mascara. I brushed my teeth and then put on some chapstick. I went to my closet and found my red work t-shirt that had a little paw print where the pocket usually is on a shirt and said "VOLUNTEER" on the back. I went to my dresser and pulled out a pair of ripped, light washed jeans. I grabbed my phone and checked the time. 7:28. I was early. I didn't have to be at work until 8:15, and it only takes me 10 minutes to get to work. I slipped on my torn up, black vans to finish the outfit. I got my phone off the charger and went to the living room.

"Dressed already?" Taylor asked from the kitchen.

"Yeah, I might leave early today so I can go see Ajax," I told her.

Ajax was the cutest dog ever. He was a golden retriever and lab mix. He was only a month old. Ever since they found him and brought him to the humane society, he's been my little buddy.

"Okay," she said as she got up and cleaned up her breakfast.

She went to her room, and I scrolled through my Twitter. Eben had tweeted.

@EbenOfficial : Yesterday was amazing. Hope to see y'all again

He was talking about Taylor and I. I smiled to myself. I put my phone away and turned Netflix on the tv. I put on Scream, which was possibly the best Netflix series I had ever watched. I had only watched 10 minutes of the show when there was a knock at the door.

"I got it!" I yelled to Taylor.

I opened the door, and there were the Why Don't We guys and Eben. I started smiling like crazy before I jumped into Jack's arms since he was the closest to me.

"I thought you guys left last night?" I was in shock.

"We were, but we had to say goodbye one last time," Jack explained.

I went around and hugged all of them. I let them inside and shut the door. I paused Scream, and that's when Taylor came out of her room.

"Who-" she paused when she saw the guys.

She covered her mouth and walked up to Daniel, who picked her up how he did last night.

"You were supposed to leave last night," she said while hugging Daniel.

"We had to come back and say goodbye one last time," Daniel said before setting Taylor back down.

Taylor hugged all of them.

"Y'all can sit down," I motioned towards the couch and the other chairs.

I sat down on the couch, while Eben and Jack sat beside me. Beside Jack was Zach. Jonah sat in a recliner, and Daniel sat in the other one.

"Wow, thanks for leaving me room," Taylor rolled her eyes and laughed.

"Come here," Daniel pulled her onto his lap.

I screamed inside. I was going to explode because they were so cute! Eben put his arm around me.

"What were you watching?" Zach asked.

"Scream. Possibly the best show ever," I told them.

"We need to have a marathon together. I feel like we have the same taste in Netflix shows," Zach said.

There was faint talking in the background, and I looked over. Taylor and Daniel were having their own little conversation. I wished I could have something like that. Eben looked down at me, so I looked up at him.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" he asked.

"No," I laughed nervously.

"I find that hard to believe," he said.

"Well, it's the truth," I gave a nervous smile.

He made my heart race. He was so hot. He was 3 years older than me, which isn't even that bad. Beyoncé was 6 when Jay-z was 18, and that's a 12 year difference. Clearly, 3 years isn't bad at all. Eben just intimidated me. In a weird way that I couldn't explain.
