Hayden's pov

I walked to Ty's room for our little dance session. Since none of the other guys were there, we had the room to ourselves.

"Okay, so we're going to start off with some basic moves," he said.

"Like what?" I asked.

"Ever heard of the smooth step?" he raised an eyebrow.

"It's literally in the guys' song Air of the Night. Taylor taught me how to do it once she became a fan of them. Of course I've heard of the smooth step," I answered.

"Do you know how to do it is the real question?" he smiled.

"Yeah," I nodded and did the smooth step.

"Nice, nice," he nodded. "I'm going to teach you the same thing, but a little more complicated."

"It took me forever just to learn this," I sighed.

"Come on, you can do it," he laughed.

We spent a few hours for our little dance session. He had taught me a minute long routine. Ty was a great guy. He was so funny, and he was pretty attractive.

"One more time for good luck?" he asked.

"Sure," I nodded.

He turned on his music, and we both started the routine. The music ended, and he grabbed my hand to spin my around. Then we were standing face to face, one of his hands on my waist and the other on my cheek. We were both smiling, but then his faded. He glanced down at my lips then back up into my eyes. He slowly leaned in, and our lips met. He pulled away for a slight second, but I captured his lips with mine once more. He licked my bottom lip, asking for entrance, and I granted it. I backed up until I hit the bed. He picked me up, and I wrapped my legs around his waist. He sat down on the bed as we continued to fight for dominance.

"Yeah, that's what I-" I heard Cody's voice.

"What the-" Andy's voice also appeared.

I quickly hopped onto the bed beside Ty. Cody and Andy exchanged looks and then looked at Ty.

"Hey," I said to break the silence.

"What just happened?" Andy asked.

"Nothing," I shrugged.

Ty ran his fingers through his hair.

"I'll see y'all later," I announced and hopped up. "Bye, Ty."

He looked up at me and gave a small smile. I pushed myself passed Cody and Andy, who were still very confused, and made my way back to my room. Taylor was in there on her phone. I shut the door behind me.

"Hey, Hayden," she looked up and smiled.

"Hey, bestie," I smiled back.

"What's wrong?" she furrowed her eyebrows.

"What are you talking about?" I asked.

"You seem off," she shrugged and patted the bed, signaling for me to sit down.

I sat in front of her and sighed.

"I kissed Ty," I blurted without making eye contact.

"Whoa..." her whole facial expression changed to something I couldn't read. "That's... What about Jonah?"

"I feel bad, but I really liked the kiss," I kept replaying it in my head.

"Was it just a peck or...?" she asked.

"Well... We were dancing... then all of a sudden we were kissing. Then it turned into a make out session..." my brain was going everywhere.

"What about Jonah?" Taylor pointed out.

"Oh..." I felt my heart drop to my stomach.

I hadn't even thought of him. We almost kissed before he left, too. What was I thinking? I mean, it's not like we were dating. We are just friends. Really good friends.

"Hayden," Taylor said.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"You're saying your thoughts again," she told me.

I sighed and let my face drop to my hands. I felt so stupid. I felt horrible. I didn't even know how I felt.

"What do I do?" I mumbled.

"Honestly, I don't know," she sighed. "You're just really confused on what you want right now. Jonah is gone for right now, so maybe you should just focus on Ty. You're going to be with him for the next few months anyway."

There was a knock at the door.

"We have to be at the airport in an hour, so be ready," Justin announced, peaking his head through the door.

"Okay," Taylor smiled at him.

He shut the door back, and I got up to gather my things. Taylor and I listened to music and packed at the same time. We also talked about her and Daniel. Soon enough, Justin was knocking on our door again, signaling that it was time to go. Once we got to the airport, things went pretty smoothly. Security wasn't a bitch like it usually was. Then we got on the plane, and I sat with Taylor. Next stop, Seattle.
