Daniel's pov
*back to when Taylor arrived*

Taylor walked through the doors, but she was on her phone. Even though she had just gotten off a flight, she looked so cute. She was wearing a white hoodie with black shorts and her black Nike slides. Her hair was falling out of the messy bun that it was in, and she only had mascara on and filled in her eyebrows. She looked up and saw Hayden. She dropped her phone and screamed before running to Hayden and hugging her. I could tell she was crying. I felt my heart start to race as I waited to her to notice me and the guys. After her and Hayden had their moment, she turned to see us. The guys and I engulfed her in a group hug. Then she hugged everyone individually. When she got to me, I hugged her tighter than ever.

"I missed you so much," I whispered in her ear.

"It's been too long," she said into my chest.

I felt her let go a little, so I looked down at her. She smiled before leaning up and kissing me. I was shocked at first, but then I kissed back.

"Oh," Jack said in shock before moving away from us.

We pulled away, and I couldn't help but smile. She made me so happy, and I didn't want anyone else. I had never felt like this before, and she was special to me.

Hayden's pov
*present time*

Taylor and I pulled out of the hug.

"Who's idea was this?" she asked me.

"It was all Justin," I told her.

She turned to Justin and gave him a hug.

"Lets go up to the room because fans could find our hotel," Justin announced.

Everyone agreed, so we went up to the third floor and met in Jack, Daniel, and Zach's room after Hayden and Justin dropped their bags off. Taylor was sharing a room with me, and Justin had a room to himself. Taylor and I walked into Jack, Daniel, and Zach's room. I was all of a sudden picked up by Justin, so I wrapped my arms around his neck and my legs around his torso. We were face to face.

"Where are we going?" I laughed as he carried me out of the room.

This was literally the first time we had hung out.

"Wait! Come back with my best friend!" Taylor yelled from the doorway.

"No! I'm stealing her!" Justin yelled back, still walking down the hallway.

"Daniel," Taylor looked into the room. "Help me out."

"So, hows life?" I asked, trying not to make it weird that our faces were literally two inches apart.

"Pretty good. I'm carrying a really cute girl right now, and her best friend is actually one of my backup dancers," he smiled.

"That sounds nice," I laughed.

He stopped walking and turned back around to go back to the room.

"What was the point in doing this?" I asked him.

"We were all talking about you, and I told them I was going to steal you," he explained.

"Oh, good to know," I nodded. "Wait, what were you saying about me?"

"Just how you're really cute and are a great best friend," he replied as we got back to the room.

He walked inside and sat down on the bed with me now sitting on his lap, still face to face with him.

"You stole my best friend, Justin," Taylor walked up to us.

"I'm sorry, Taylor. Will you ever forgive me?" he joked.

"I guess," she sighed.

Everyone laughed, and I made my way off of Justin's lap and onto my own space on the bed. I could feel Jack staring at me from across the room. I looked up and made eye contact with him and smiled. I winked at him, which made him grin and look down at his hands.

"Hayden!" Taylor yelled before jumping on top of me.

"Yes, Taylor?" I asked and pinched her thigh.

"Ow!" she shrieked and rolled off of my lap. "What was that for?"

"For you to get off of me," I laughed.

"But you love me," she pouted.

"Yeah, but not that much," I said.

She frowned.

"I'm just kidding," I said quickly. "I love you more than I'll ever love anyone else."

"Best friend goals," Christina squealed.

"Oh!" I snatched my phone out of my pocket and went to my camera roll.

"What?" Taylor asked and looked at me.

"I was going to show you this before, but I didn't know when so I'll just show you now," I shrugged and showed her the picture of her and Daniel kissing.

"I look so bad," Taylor laughed and covered her face.

"No you don't. You look better than I ever do," I told her.

"Hey, you two. Earth to Haden and Taylor," Zach said.

Taylor and I looked up, and all the guys were staring at us.

"What happened? I'm confused," I said.

"You two just go into your own little world and forget about us," Corbyn laughed.

"Sorry. We just haven't seen each other," I laughed.

"It's okay. It's cute," Justin smiled at me.

I bit my lip, nervously. That was a bad habit of mine. I would either pick at my nails or I would bite my lip when I got nervous. Sometimes it would get so bad that my lip would bleed since I did it so much.

"Let's do something fun," Zach said.

"Like what?" Jonah asked.

"We could play a game," Daniel suggested.

"What game, though?" Justin questioned.

"What Are the Odds?" Christina blurted.

Everyone exchanged looks and nodded. I could tell that Taylor was a little skeptical at first, but she agreed.
