Hayden's pov

~day of the concert~

I woke up and rolled over. I checked the time, which read 12:43. Crap! It was late! I quickly jumped out of bed and hopped in the shower. I threw on the outfit that I was wearing to the concert: a white Trasher shirt with ripped light washed jeans and white converse. I did my makeup: foundation, concealer, powder, natural eyeshadow, mascara, and eyeliner. After that I walked out to the living room. Taylor was sitting on the couch scrolling through her phone.

"Excited?" I asked.

"Most definitely!" she looked up and smiled.

"Good because this is going to be the best day of your life," I told her.

"I can tell," she laughed.

I went to the kitchen to look for food, but there was barely any. I grabbed a yogurt and quickly ate it. Then I went back to the living room.

"Where are our seats?" I asked.

"It's general admission. There are no seats," she informed me.

"Oh, good to know," I nodded. "What time do we need to be leaving?"

"Well, knowing Miami, we need to head out probably two hours before the show," she answered.

The hours went by really fast, and in no time it was time for us to leave. We hopped in the car, and she blared music from her Why Don't We playlist. I knew some of their songs because I had heard Taylor play them before. I wasn't going to be completely lost. I actually knew most of them. I didn't even know some of the songs were by them.

"I thought you didn't listen to Why Don't We?" she looked at me as I was singing.

"I know most of them from you, but some of them I've actually listened to but didn't know it was them," I laughed.

We got to the venue, and it was decently crowded. We waited outside for two hours until they finally opened the doors. Taylor started smacking my arm.

"Ow!" I groaned and hit her back once.

"Sorry," she laughed. "I'm just super excited!"

We got inside and were so close to the front. If there were rows, I'd say we were about third or fourth row. We were right there, and Taylor was freaking out. Their opening act, Eben, came out, and he was pretty cool. I wish I had listened to his music before the concert because it was actually really dope. Finally, the moment everyone in that room was waiting for. The guys finally came out. Everyone was screaming their heads off.

"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh," Taylor said really fast.

"They're even hotter in person!" I yelled over the music and screaming.

"I told you!" Taylor was still freaking out.

The concert was actually super fun, and everyone was having a good time. They were singing Runner, and Corbyn leaned over to hold someone's hand. Taylor held out her hand, and Corbyn held it. Taylor was freaking out. I was so happy for her. He held her hand for a brief second before going off to the other side of the stage. Taylor turned to me and started screaming. I actually enjoyed being there and seeing her happy.

"Thank you, Miami!" Jonah announced. "We love you all so much!"

They went backstage, and everyone started to leave. Security was kicking everyone out except for people that had VIP. Taylor couldn't stop talking about how much fun she had.

"I'm glad you had fun," I laughed.

"Thanks for going with me," she said.

"No problem. I had a great time," I nodded.

"Good," she said before attempting to leave the parking lot.

We ended up having to wait a while because there were so many people trying to leave at one time. Finally, we got onto the road.

"I can't believe you held Corbyn's hand," I smiled.

"I know right! He actually saw me!" she squealed.

"Yes! I'm so happy for you!" I beamed. "So, was this the best night of your life?"

"Definitely!" she laughed.

We got back to our house, and I immediately went to the shower. I almost fell asleep in there, so I hurried and got out. I changed into an old t-shirt with Nike leggings. Once I laid down in my bed, I fell asleep.
