Hayden's pov

We got to the mall, and I pulled into a parking space. Taylor parked beside me. We were lucky enough to find two spots right next to each other. Everyone piled out of the cars. We all walked inside together. The mall was huge, and there was a lot of people there. It was never this busy.

"Where do y'all want to go first?" Taylor asked the guys.

"It doesn't matter," Corbyn shrugged.

"Wherever you two want to go," Eben said.

"Ugh. You guys are no help," she rolled her eyes and laughed.

We walked into the mall and went to American Eagle. I bought a really cute off the shoulder shirt, and Taylor bought some ripped jeans. The guys just looked around. We ended up going into almost every store because the guys wanted to look at everything. They were acting like 4 year olds, but it was funny. We went to the food court for lunch and got Chinese food.

"Jack! These noodles look like your hair!" I laughed.

"Maybe they're related. They boiled his hair's cousin and put it in a bowl," Corbyn gasped.

"You have issues," Taylor laughed at Corbyn.

"I thought we knew that already," Corbyn gave her a confused look.

We all laughed and ate our lunch. Once we finished, we went to a few more stores. I was standing outside of the Vans store with Eben, Jack, Daniel, and Taylor while the other guys were inside the store looking at shoes.

"Have you had fun today?" I asked Taylor.

"Yeah. I'm pretty happy with what I got," she nodded.

"What about you guys?" I turned to Eben, Jack, and Daniel.

"Of course. We have been spending time with you two. That's all we could ask for," Daniel smiled and looked at Taylor.

That's when I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist and pick me up, spinning around. I dropped my bags.

"Wha-" I paused as they set me down, and I spun around to face them.

It was Seth.

"You scared me," I slapped him playfully.

"Sorry," he laughed. "What are you doing here?"

"Hanging out with Taylor and some of our friends since they wanted to see her before she left," I explained.

"She's leaving?" he asked.

"Yeah. She was invited to be a backup dancer for Justin Bieber, so she's going on tour," I replied.

"That's amazing," his jaw dropped.

"Yeah," I smiled.

He looked over and saw Eben, Jack, and Daniel. His jaw clenched slightly. I could tell he was sort of jealous.

"Don't get jealous," I whispered so the guys and Taylor couldn't hear me.

He returned his focus back to me before smiling. He started to lean in, but I quickly looked away. He backed away and gave me a confused look.

"Not here," I shook my head.

He looked a little upset.

"Not in front of Taylor," I told him and looked back at them.

Taylor was keeping an eye on me while still flirting with Daniel. Eben and Jack were staring, but quickly looked away when I looked back at them.

"I'll see you later," I turned back to Seth.

He seemed disappointed.

"Don't be like that," I pouted.

He poked out his bottom lip.

"Give us one second," I told Taylor and the guys before pulling Seth around the corner.

I leaned up and kissed him really quick.

"Happy?" I asked.

"Yeah. Now I am," he smiled.

"Loser," I shook my head and laughed. "Now go before they think something is up."

He walked away, and I turned back around the corner. The other guys had come out of the store. Jack noticed that I was back. His jaw was clenched, and his arms were folded. I couldn't deal with him right now. We all went to a few more stores before going back home. The sun was setting by the time we got back to the house. I went to Taylor's room and helped her pack.

"Thanks for today," she smiled at me as I set a few shirts into her suitcase.

"Of course. Anything for you," I nodded.

"I'm really going to miss you once I leave," she looked at the ground.

"Yeah. It's not going to be the same without my best friend here," I agreed.

"I'm going to take a shower. I'll be out in a few minutes," she told me.

"I guess I'll go ahead and take one too," I said.

I went back to my room and took a quick shower. I threw on some leggings and a navy blue hoodie. I put my hair into two french braids. I went back out to the living room and sat next to Zach.

"Hey, cutie," he smiled at me.

"Eighteen," I reminded him.

"I just turned seventeen," he said.

"Zach, you're not helping your situation," I laughed at him.

"Ugh. You'll come around one day," he reassured me.

"Whatever you say," I raised my eyebrows.

Taylor walked into the living room a few moments later. Daniel patted the spot next to him on the couch, and she sat next to him. He wrapped his arm around her. I wished that I could have a relationship like that.

"You leave tomorrow," Daniel sighed and looked down at Taylor.

"Yeah. I have to be at the airport at six," she told us.

"We have to wake up at five. Are you serious?" I groaned.

"Only if you want to see me before I leave," she shrugged.

"Of course I do," I said.

Everyone talked for another hour before we decided that we needed to get some sleep in order to wake up earlier than usual. Taylor said goodnight and walked to her room. I stayed for a few more minutes.

"She forgot her phone," Daniel said as he pulled her phone out from between the cushions. "I'll take it to her."

Taylor's pov

I had just laid down and turned on Glee when there was a knock at the door.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"Daniel. You forgot your phone," he said through the door.

I stood up as Daniel opened the door and shut t behind him. I gave him a confused look even though I could barely see since the only light was from my tv. He handed me my phone.

"I just wanted to..." he paused.

He sighed and looked away.

"Wanted to what?" I asked quietly.

He slowly returned his focus back to me and looked into my eyes. He moved a strand of hair behind my ear and started to lean in.

"Daniel!" Hayden yelled.

We both backed away.

"Thanks for my phone," I told him before going to lay back down."
