Jack's pov

Hayden fell asleep only halfway through the episode. She kept sending me mixed signals. I couldn't tell if she liked me or not. We acted like we were dating, not to mention that we've kissed three times. Did she like me or not? I made sure that she was asleep before I texted Daniel.

*
Me: I need advice.
Daniel: For what?
Me: I really like Hayden...
Daniel: We already knew that.
Me: But I don't know if she likes me back.
Daniel: Wait. Isn't she with you right now?
Me: She's asleep.
Daniel: Oh. Well, just give her time.
Me: We leave tomorrow, Daniel. I'm running out of time.
Daniel: No you're not. You're going to see her again, bro.
Me: I don't want to mess things up.
Daniel: You've already done that once. Do not do it again.
Me: That's why I'm asking you for advice.
Daniel: Jack, I don't know what to tell you.
Me: Should I ask her how she feels?
Daniel: Only if you think it's the right time.
Me: Okay. Thanks.
Daniel: Anytime, bro.

After I stopped texting Daniel, I couldn't stop thinking about what I should do. It was driving me crazy not knowing if she felt the same way.

Hayden's pov

I woke up to Jack shaking my arm. I slowly sat up and yawned.

"We have to leave in five minutes. I just thought I should give you some time to freshen up or whatever," he said.

"Thanks, Jack," I smiled.

He gave a soft smile as I got up and went to the bathroom to see if I looked decent. My hair was all over the place. I quickly brushed through it with my fingers and flipped it around to make it look a little better.

"You look great," Jack was leaning against the wall.

"Thanks," I smiled.

"Daniel texted me and said we need to head downstairs. The uber is almost here," he told me.

I nodded, and we walked out of the hotel room. We got in the elevator, and I started to get excited.

"We are going to be backstage at a Justin Bieber concert," I said. "That's crazy."

"Yeah, and you're best friend is one of the backup dancers," Jack added.

We both laughed.

"I need to talk to you about something," he said in a more serious tone.

"What is it?" I asked just as the elevator doors opened.

"Can we talk after the concert?" he asked.

"Yeah, of course," I nodded.

"Cool," he smiled.

We walked up to the guys, and Daniel engulfed me in a hug.

"Hey, big bro," I hugged him back.

"When did this happen?" Christina asked.

"Just now," I laughed.

"Where did 'big bro' come from?" Corbyn raised an eyebrow.

"I don't know," I shrugged. "He just acts like an older brother. Plus, he's kinda dating my best friend."

"Good to know," Jonah laughed.

"Well, not dating yet," Daniel pointed out.

"Might as well say you are. It's obvious you both like each other," I said.

"Yeah, yeah," Daniel shook his head and smiled.

"Uber's here!" Zach walked inside.

We all walked out front and got in the uber. It dropped us off behind the venue so security could let us through the back without fans trying to attack us. We got inside, and I saw the Andy, Cody, and Ty.

"Hey, guys," I smiled as I walked up to them.

"Taylor is in her dressing room. Do you want me to show you where it is?" Ty asked me.

"Yeah. Can the guys and Christina stay with Cody and Andy?" I asked him.

"Of course," he nodded.

I turned to the guys.

"Christina, I'm trusting you with the guys. Don't let them do anything stupid," I told her.

"Already on it," she laughed.

"I'll meet up with you guys later," I waved at them before I started walking with Ty down the hallway.

"Have you been having fun since you've gotten here?" he asked me.

"Yeah. I'm gonna miss the guys, though," I sighed.

"I know Taylor is dating Daniel or something like that. Are you dating one of them?" he questioned.

"No, I'm just really close with them," I explained.

"Ahh," he nodded.

We stopped in front of a door with Taylor's name on it.

"Here it is," Ty announced.

"Thank you," I smiled.

"Anytime," he smiled back. "See you after the show."

I knocked on the door as Ty left. Taylor opened it a few seconds later. She was wearing a white crop top and black shorts with white vans high tops.

"Hey, come on in," she said.

I walked inside, and she shut the door behind me.

"How'd you find my room?" she asked.

"Ty showed me," I explained as I sat in one of the chairs.

"Ready to watch the show tonight?" she raised an eyebrow.

"Of course. I'm always ready to watch my best friend dance," I smiled.

"I don't know what I'd do without you," she smiled before hugging me.

"Show starts in ten minutes. Get ready," I heard someone say from outside the door.

"That's my cue," Taylor told me. "Go find the guys. I have to get to my spot."

"Okay, see you after the show," she hugged me one last time before we both went our separate ways.

I ended up finding the guys and Christina. The security told us where we could stand to watch Taylor perform. The show was going to start any second.
