Hayden's pov

I woke up the next morning and went to the living room. I sat on the couch and watched whatever was on tv. Nothing interesting was ever on, so I went to Netflix and watched The Vampire Diaries. Soon, Taylor walked in the living room and sat down.

"Do you want to go to the beach and maybe walk on the boardwalk?" I asked her.

"Yeah. We can grab some breakfast at iHop," she replied.

We finished the episode of The Vampire Diaries before getting up. I went to my room and slipped on my black bikini and threw on a gray Atlanta Braves t-shirt on over it with black athletic shorts. I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. Then I just put on some water proof mascara. I brushed my hair out before going back to my room and slipping on some flip flops. I grabbed a bag packed a towel, sunscreen, extra sunglasses, and an extra pair of clothes just in case.

"You ready?" I heard Taylor ask.

"Yeah! One second!" I yelled before grabbing my phone and putting on my Ray-Bands.

I walked out to the living room and let Taylor put her stuff in the bag as well. Then we were off to iHop. We got our food and ate it. I didn't realize how hungry I was until then. That was more of a brunch because it was already 12:30. Once we finished, we went to the boardwalk. I looked out towards the ocean, and Taylor was casually looking around.

"Umm," she said while staring off at one place.

"What?" I asked before turning to see what she was staring at.

Sure enough, it was the Why Don't We guys. They were standing in front of the ice cream shop.

"Do you want to get some ice cream?" I smirked.

"Why don't we?" she joked.

We walked up to the ice cream shop and walked straight passed the guys. We went inside and waited in line. Soon, the door opened, and I looked towards the door. The guys had came inside and were walking towards us. They stood in line behind us, and Taylor was trying so hard to keep her cool.

"Oh my gosh," Taylor whispered.

"What are you getting?" I asked her, changing the subject.

"The usual," she shrugged. "What about you?"

"Well, I was thi-" I was cut off by someone being shoved into me.

I stumbled backwards, and a guy caught my hand.

"I'm so sorry," he said.

I looked up, and it was Corbyn. HOLY CRAP! HE WAS EVEN HOTTER UP CLOSE!

"It's okay," I smiled slightly.

He turned back to his friends, and I could hear him tell them to calm down. Taylor was trying not to scream. I started laughing at her. We got up to the front and ordered. Once we got our ice cream, we went outside and sat down at a table, which was meant for way more than two people.

"I can't believe Corbyn Besson just bumped into you!" Taylor squealed. "The guys were literally right behind us!"

"I know. I was there," I reminded her.

"Ugh! You know what I mean," she rolled her eyes and laughed.

A few seconds later, I heard the door to the shop open. Out of my peripheral vision, I could see someone standing beside me. I looked up, and it was Corbyn.

"I just wanted to apologize again for bumping into you," he said.

"I told you it was fine," I laughed.

"My friends and I were wondering if you two wanted to join us on a boat?" he asked.

Taylor and I exchanged looks.

"Sure," I nodded. "You can sit down with us to eat your ice cream."

Then all of them sat in a chair around Taylor and I. We were all enjoying our ice cream, and I finished mine pretty quick. I got up and threw it away.

"I don't believe we got your names," Corbyn said.

"I'm Hayden. This is Taylor," I told him.

"So, are you two from Miami?" Jonah asked.

"Yeah, we've lived here our whole lives," Taylor nodded, which was weird because normally she doesn't like to talk around new people.

"That's cool. We're all from different states," Jack explained.

"I know," Taylor laughed. "I also know that y'all are Why Don't We."

They all exchanged looks.

"You've known this whole time?" Zach raised an eyebrow.

"We went to your concert last night," I laughed.

"That's why you look familiar!" Corbyn pointed at Taylor.

"Yes, that is exactly why," Taylor giggled.

"Well, I really appreciate you not bombarding us," Corbyn said.

"Y'all are just normal people," I shrugged.

We talked a while longer before all of us got up. We walked with them to a boat and got on. It was a pretty huge boat. We all sat on the top deck for a while as we rode out farther into the ocean.

"How do you two know each other?" Daniel asked.

"We are best friends," I answered. "We met at school one day, and we immediately became best friends."

"Are you still in school?" Zach questioned.

"No, we graduated last year," Taylor replied.

Jack and Daniel exchanged looks.

"Can we turn on the radio?!" Corbyn yelled.

"Yeah!" someone yelled back.

Immediately, I heard Just Hold On by Louis Tomlinson start playing. Zach grabbed my hands and pulled me up while Daniel did the same with Taylor. We all started dancing and singing, and the other guys joined us.

"I love this song," I smiled as I danced with Zach.

"Me too," Zach laughed.

We let a few more songs play, and we continued dancing. Finally, they decided to put down the anchor so we could swim. Taylor and I turned towards each other and began talking about nothing in particular. We both slipped off our shirts and shorts before throwing them onto a chair.

"Watch the water be freezing," she laughed.

We both looked over at the exact same time, and Corbyn wasn't there, but Jack and Zach were in the middle of taking their shirts off, and Daniel and Jonah had already taken theirs off. My eyes widened at their six packs, especially Daniel's. Taylor went to turn around, but she tripped over my foot. She grabbed my arm to balance, but she ended up pulling both of us into the water. I came up for air and heard all of the guys laughing.

"What just happened?" Jack asked, walking to the edge of the boat.

"I really don't know," I shook my head.

He reached out, offering his hand, but I grabbed his arm and pulled him into the water with us. All the guys started screaming and jumping in the water after Jack. Finally, Corbyn walked back out to the deck and jumped in. We all swam around and splashed each other. Taylor and I decided to get out after a while so we could tan for a few minutes, even if it wasn't going to be that affective.
