Chapter 48: My fever gets worse

My body felt like it's was on fire when I woke up, 'maybe going on a walk yesterday probably wasn't the best idea'  Jeff walks into the room and places his hand on my forehead Jeff said "you're still running a fever" I go to sit up and I see that Smile Dog walks in the room and jumps on the bed. I look over at Smile Dog he lays down in my lap telling me that I am not allowed to leave the bed Eyeless Jack said "even Smile Dog doesn't want you to leave the bed" Jeff leaves the room to go get me something to eat and then I think to go find Slender. After about 5 hours pass Eyeless Jack walked back upstairs to the room I was in and saw that I was passed out with Smile Dog still in my lap Eyeless Jack walked into the room and placed blankets over my body. As the next day came along I woke up and I didn't see Smile Dog in my lap but instead I was in a different room I wasn't sure if I was dreaming or not but all I saw around me was darkness then it happened again I felt the poison in my body coming up my throat and I cough it up. My marks on my body started to glow as well then I knew that he was near but I couldn't tell from where he was coming from I tried to see if I could move but nothing happened I couldn't move anything. Then I woke up on the floor in the living room I said "w-what? how did I get down here?" I looked around the living room to see that I was the only one in the living room and then I tried to get back to sleep but then I felt a hand on my forehead. Eyeless Jack said "you're finally getting better" I reached out for the person that has their hand on my forehead and I pull them close to me as if I wanted to cuddle something. Jeff walked downstairs into the living room to see me on the floor holding an Eyeless Jack who fell asleep next to me Jeff smiles then removes my arms from Eyeless Jack and carries me upstairs into his room to lay down. Jeff then puts a light blanket on my body and notices that the marks on my body are glowing, which could only mean that Nick was somewhere near the mansion. Jeff stayed by me as I slept waiting for me to wake up so that he could give me something to eat again Slender walks into the room with something in his hand and Jeff couldn't make out what it was. It had to be something important if Slender wanted to know something as Slender walks over to me I felt a sharp pain in my back as I gripped the bedsheets. Slender then stopped and walked out of the room without a word but Jeff wanted answers for what Slender did Jeff said "Slender what the hell was all of that about?" Slender said, "just testing something Jeff nothing you need to get worked up about". I woke up to the smell of waffles in the kitchen and I walked downstairs to see what was happening Tiky Toby was making the waffles and offered if I wanted some I nodded my head yes and told Toby that I wanted 5 waffles. Toby made 5 waffles and placed them on a plate and handed them to me for me to eat so that I could get my day started or at least try to get my day started.
