Album Release Party

*Ryleigh's POV*
About four weeks ago my friend Brookelyn had a party where I met a lovely guy who is now a good friend to me and his name is Austin Post. He also happens to be a singer whose stage name is Post Malone. I was currently headed to yet another party at a club that Austin had made reservations so he had the whole club reserved for the release of his album Stoney. I wasn't excited for this because again I hate people and parties but it was Austin so I'll go. I just finished putting on my makeup and was downstairs making sure I had everything ready to go.

I grabbed all the stuff I needed for his party and left my house making sure I had locked my front door before I left. It took me 30 minutes to get to the club that he was holding his party at. I got up to the entrance and had to stop of course because the security guards asking me if I was on the list to get in. Once I was in the club I immediately went to go find Austin, it didn't take long to find him at the bar taking shots, I went over to see him and just let him know that I was here. "Ryleigh! You made it I'm so glad you came. We're just over here getting drinks do you want anything?" He said. I nodded "I think I'm good right now." I said over the music. From the corner of my eye I saw a girl approaching us she wrapped herself around Austin and I smiled at her, she was so pretty. I watched Austin finish his drink and then clap his hands together "Ryleigh this is my girlfriend Ashlen, Ash this is Ryleigh." He said as he introduced his girlfriend she smiled "hey nice to meet you Ryleigh!" She said I smiled back "nice to meet you too." I said. "Babe come dance with me." She said as she pulled his arm towards the dance floor. "I'll catch up with you later Ry." He said as he followed Ashlen. I watched them disappear into the crowd and I decided to order a soda and head out to the dance floor. I danced for a while before going to sit down in a booth.

I had ordered an actual drink along with a glass of water, I watched everyone dance and I smiled watching people trip over themselves because they were just that hammered. I smiled as a guy walked over to the table "can I sit here?" He asked me and I nodded "yeah of course, I'm Ryleigh." I responded he slid himself into the booth "Smitty. How do you know Austin?" He said. "We met at one of my best friend's parties. You?" I replied. "I'm his DJ." He said I smiled with a nod "Nice. I've seen him like once so far today." I said. "Yeah he's out on the dance floor with Ash somewhere I haven't seen much of him either." Smitty said. "Didn't even know about her to be honest." I said. "They're on again off again a lot." He said. I nod my head watching as Austin and Ashlen pop up through the crowd with a tray of shots and slide into the booth with Smitty and I. I smiled at them "We're doing shots Ryleigh if you're not up for them that's cool I know you're not a huge drinker" Austin says. I smile and grabbed a shot "aye there we go!" Austin yelled. Everyone else grabbed a shot glass and we all took our shots. "Are we up for another round?" Austin said over the music, we all shook our heads yes. Austin got up and went to go get some more shots. "Ash your dress is so pretty!" I yelled over the music and smiled at her. "Thank you I love yours!" She yelled over the music. At least she's nice I thought to myself. After a few minutes Austin came back with another round of shots and we did those shots. I was getting drunk fairly quick and I didn't necessarily like it.
