The next morning, Peter and Venus's Apartment Peter Parker and Venus Deterzo woke up on their bed after their misadventure with Daniel Bromley. Peter still felt bad for Bromley when his brother Durwood was loyal to the High Evolutionary. Venus asked, "Want do you want for breakfast?" Peter replied, "Whatever you're having... After what happened last night I wanna relax." Venus smiled, "Okay, lazy butt. I'm cooking." He chuckled, "Oh, really? Then what're you cooking, kitty cat?" She answered, "Don't know yet." Peter shrugged, "Hope you'll think of something." Venus replied, "Anything to get our minds off of Bromley's backstabbing brother. And that rat lady flirting with you." He responded, "Venus, I swear. I wasn't going to do anything with Lady Vermin. You're my one and only." She nodded, "All right, but I'm going to make sure you do. If I see you kiss another girl behind my back..." Then Peter kissed Venus to quiet her as she wrapped her limbs around him. The two released as the snuggled together and Venus smiled, "Forget cooking, we're gonna have a lazy day." Peter wondered, "Wonder how Kraven and Maria are doing?"
Basement: at the streets... A sewer lid opened up as both Sergei Kravinoff and Dr. Maria Crawford, aka Kraven the Hunter and Calypso, climbed up to the Basement.

"This is unfamiliar ground, Sergei," reminded Calypso. "Are you sure we will find Spider-Man and his team here?" Kraven nodded, "Yes, Calypso. We will need their help to find and stop the Lizard from turning innocent people to lizard Bestials unwillingly." She nodded as she sniffed the air and eventually caught Spider-Man's scent. "This way," pointed Calypso as the two went on their way.
Peter and Venus's Apartment The couple were now making breakfast smoothies when they heard a knock on the door. "Were you expecting someone?" asked Peter. Venus shook her head as she went over to the door and opened it. Kraven smiled, "Hello, Venus." She gasped, "Kraven? And Calypso?" Venus hugged them both as Peter walked in and asked, "How'd you get here?" Calypso answered, "We found a secret tunnel that went from Atlas to here when we heard rumors of a humanoid lizards in Atlas." Kraven added, "We followed their trail to here." Venus asked, "You think Miranda Wilson is maybe involved in this?" Peter shrugged, "She very well could be. Should we call in the rest of the team?" Kraven replied, "It is your call."
Moments later Ricochet and Nightingale arrived at the apartment and reunited with their teachers. Spider-Man, Ricochet, and Kraven talked about planning and strategizing their hunt for the Lizard while the girls started to talk to Calypso about her updated suit. "You grew out your hair?" gushed Venus. "You look wild." Calypso smiled, "Thank you, Venus. With the Bestial formula I was infused with, it in a way accelerated my hair growth due to me being one-third part lion." Nightingale noted, "Your clothing reminds us of some of the mystics back in Té nan Anpati." Calypso nodded, "Yes. Often I was called a witch doctor by several of my colleagues from medical school." Venus said sadly, "I'm sorry to hear that." The older woman assured, "Don't worry. I shouldn't have to bring some of the negativity back home to here. It's very nice to see how much everyone has grown." It was then until the others came together and Spider-Man said, "The Rebels are too busy for us so we need to stop the Lizard on our own." Calypso spoke up, "Before we go, there is something you need to know about the Lizard." Ricochet asked, "What is it?" She answered, "I think Miranda Wilson can be reasoned with. She has a tragic backstory that led her into the High Evolutionary's side. I was hoping for a chance to talk her into the path of good." Venus shrugged, "I dunno. The Lizard is completely and fiercely loyal to the High Evolutionary." Nightingale agreed, "Even if we could try to bring her into the light, Miranda Wilson is far too gone in the darkness." Calypso sighed, "Maybe you are right. After all, the High Evolutionary rules here and everything he says goes." Kraven readied his new machete/crossbow weapon and said, "Let us begin our hunt."
Later thanks to Spider-Man's spider senses and Calypso's enhanced smell, they eventually found a sewer lid that the Lizard or any of her followers use. "I heard that the Lizard has her own underground city full of lizard Bestials," said Ricochet as Spider-Man lifted the sewer lid up. He replied, "No time like the present." Calypso asked again, "At least let me try, my love?" Kraven nodded, "Yes, my love. I can only hope for the best. If not, she must be taken down and brought to justice for her crimes." Calypso nodded sadly as she followed her lover and Team SVRN down to the sewer. Venus complained, "Why couldn't we be one of those galaxy-saving heroes? How is it that we end up going into the sewers? You don't see an Atlas specialist or the Avengers go into a sewer." Spider-Man replied, "It's the story of our lives. We fight aliens and beast people while every other huntsmen and huntresses go for the 'realistic' threats." Nightingale asked, "Realistic threats like what exactly?" Spider-Man answered simply, "Creatures of Grimm, terrorist organizations, and of course whoever this Cinder Fall is. Trashing Vale and the Amity Colosseum as if it were her own playthings." They finally stopped climbing down on the ladder as Venus held her nose and muttered, "Now this sewer stinks so much more than our ordinary sewers back at Vale." Kraven nodded, "Let's get moving." Then Team SVRN, Kraven, and Calypso went on their way through the sewers.
