Episode Eight
Hazel was staring at the creek. She hated the creek. All it did was bring back the haunting memories. One that she would rather forget.
This is the place where her mother was pronounced dead. The place where her life changed forever. She was here to meet Gretchen and Luna.
She didn't know why they wanted to meet her. She was assuming it was about the fact that she invited Valeska to the sleepover.
They sat down on the bench next to her. They just stared at Hazel, concerning her more.
“Why did you want to see me? ” Hazel asked.
“We have to admit things to you, things that you should know.” Luna says.
“Okay, tell me.” Hazel says.
“I'm a witch.” Luna says.
“And I'm a spellcaster.” Gretchen adds.
Hazel sat there, thinking. This wasn't that shocking. She knew about vampires and pure bloods, this was just another to the list.
“Whats the difference? ” Hazel asked.
“Witches get their powers from nature and only nature. Spellcasters get their powers from their own blood.” Gretchen explained.
“Well I won't tell. Not even Roak.” Hazel promised.
“Roak, you mean your New Born vampire boyfriend? ” Luna asked.
“You know? ” Hazel asked.
“Oh come on, who didn't? ” Gretchen said.
“We just thought we would be honest and tell you.” Luna reminds.

Valeska sits down and begins to drink her Starbucks coffee. She takes little sips and stops.
“This is what all of the teen whores rant about? ” She ask herself.
Then somebody sits down in front of her. She slowly lifts her head to see Alice smiling at her. She tries to throw her hands across the table to strangle her, but Alice used her powers to paralyze her.
“Thats no way to greet your enemy.” Alice says.
“Your right, I should have just killed you instead of strangle you.” Valeska says.
“Now you and I both know you don't have the power to kill me.” Alice reminds her.
“What do you want with me? ” Valeska asked.
“I need your help.” Alice answered.
“With what? ”
“Resurrecting the New Born werewolf, Dominik.” She answers.

Hazel waited in her car. In front of her was the Corridor Mansion. She wasn't sure why she was here, she just came.
She got out the car and walked around. She admired the beautiful flowers that gave the estate color. They were so perky, even though it hadn't rained in days.
Balaroak walked outside and went to her side. He saw her taking in the garden's image. He walked over to a near by stone wall and sat on top of it. Hazel joined.
“Do you ever miss it? ” She asked.
“Miss what? ” He asked.
“Life. Being an actual mortal.” She explained.
