I drove to my friend's graduation, but it was at a completely different campus in a different city (with trees) and my mother and brother followed me there in their car. She asked me as I was leaving if I wanted to go with her, because I was afraid to drive at night, but I pointed out there would be no one left to take my car home.
I walked up to my car and thought I saw a person inside holding a blue paper. They disappeared by the time I got there, and because I was in a hurry and it was getting dark, I did a quick search of the interior and got in.
The seat was too far back and I couldn't see to my left or right but I kept driving anyway, making a right turn onto a busy road at night. I made it but started hearing what sounded like a voice whispering "hey" behind me.
I opened one eye in reality and looked around. I was cocooned in my blankets and burning up from the heat.
