Went to a doctor. Mom left me alone with him. I don't know what exactly was wrong with me, but he had me lift up the back of my shirt or take it off altogether. I realized he was going to cut me open and got scared, but he said or did something that calmed me down. He cut into my spine with a scalpel and I remember it felt really good, the relief was intensely pleasurable. He sewed me back up with metal thread and it sort of itches or tingled, but otherwise I was fine despite having been awake through spinal surgery.
