KittyHazelnut is Weird

I held some intestines

So we started dissecting minks a lil while ago and we actually started cutting them apart yesterday, and last week we looked a a sheep's brain, and imma post pictures because I have them so if you don't like to see the insides of animals (who were not killed purely for the sake of dissection, and this was just a way to use their parts that otherwise would have been thrown away, I swear) then ya may wanna skip this

That's the OG sheep's brain, and we peeled the skin-like stuff off to look at the actual brain

And you can still see what connected to the eyes and nose (the yellow stuff on the bottom of the picture above)

And then the mink (which may be a lil more graphic because it actually looks like an animal and these are its literal insides, some of which are still inside the animal)

First up

The intestines!

That's right bitches I really did hold some intestines

We were supposed to cut it to look inside but the teacher was really MIA throughout the process so we don't know what we were supposed to do and just didn't

And here's the full animal as of yesterday before we removed the intestines, because today we just tore it apart and there was nothing picture worthy

True story I cut its ribs with these itty bitty little scissors because everyone kept telling me it was impossible and I'd need the bone cutters so I just went for it to look inside and whoops there goes the ribs

Anyway you can't see the heart and lungs in that pick but you can see things that look enough like them that you can pretend you see them and also I got to hold its lungs and also also I held the heart out to someone and said "be my valentine" and I just really feel like I embraced my inner Dean
