I had decided I liked dance clubs. I'd never been to one before, karaoke had always been more my scene, but this was better. You didn't have to get up on stage with everyone looking at you, the music was still good and there was plenty of energy. The flashy lights were pretty awesome too.

And then, of course, there was this. I slid my hands down Seryou's chest to his waist and mashed our hips together some more. He was hard again. I was hard again. Who would have thought there was a place where you could rub up against the person you liked in public, for hours, and not get arrested for it? Yeah, dance clubs were definitely the best thing ever.

Seryou was a terrible dancer, which made me happy. Finally there was something that Mr. Perfect actually wasn't a rockstar at. Plus, it gave me an excuse to do this grinding thing, trying to help him catch the rhythm. It didn't really improve his dancing, but he obviously liked the feel of it as much as I did. There was something about being able to turn him on that made me feel powerful. He wanted me, and that blew my mind since he was the kind of guy who could have anybody.

Actually, now that I thought about it, I'd better keep him away from Okada. If Okada was lonely enough to kiss me, he might try it with Seryou next. I liked Okada, but no matter how cool or smart he was, I wasn't letting him steal Seryou from me. Not in a million years.

Seryou was staring at me with a hungry expression that heated my blood. He'd been giving me that look all night, and it was making me restless. Dancing together was fun, but my fingers were aching for the feel of his skin. There hadn't been enough time last night to touch him before Hiro and Kanata had interrupted. The moments I had gotten, though, had been incredible. His baby soft skin against my chest, under my hands... I'd never felt anything like it. Some of the guys in here were shirtless, but somehow I didn't think Seryou would want to do that in a place like this. And anyway, I kind of wanted him all to myself when it happened.

We danced a while longer, until I could tell he was getting tired. "Water," I called in his ear, and he nodded. We threaded through the crowd back to the bar, grabbed cups of water from the bartender, and found a table to lean on. It was stupid that they didn't have chairs in here. What kind of morons put out a bunch of tables and no chairs?

Seryou's face was pink with exertion, and there were trails of sweat down the sides of his cheeks. His long hair was plastered to his forehead. His eyes were so dark I could see the strands of Christmas lights overhead reflected in them. I waited for him to set his cup of water down, then leaned forward and kissed him. He was damp and tasted like salt, but his mouth felt really nice anyway.

"What was that for?" he asked when I pulled away.

"I wanted to," I said. "Hey, there's Hiro and Kanata." I waved, and the guys came over to our table with their latest set of drinks. They were both a little wobbly on their feet.

"Hey guys." Hiro waved a hand in an unsteady arc around his head. "Bartender's about to ask the underage customers to clear out, I guess there's a curfew. We're gonna finish these drinks and head up the street, some guy here told us about another place that doesn't ID and they're open 'til three in the morning. Wanna come with?"

"We're going back to the hotel," I replied.

Seryou looked over at me. "We are?"

"Yup. We have to shoot tomorrow, remember?" It was already getting late. Besides, after all the cold today there was still the chance he could end up sick if he pushed himself too much. "You need to rest."

Hiro rolled his eyes. "Rest. Sure. And watch cat videos, right?"

What was everyone's obsession with cat videos all of a sudden? It was getting annoying. "No, but we might make out for a while if you guys aren't going to be there."
