My friends, I wanted to take a quick intermission to point out that as of this latest update, we are halfway through the Seven Weeks fanfic. Wow... it feels like it's been such a massive adventure already, and the most intense parts are yet to come!! I'm so appreciative of every one of your reads and votes and comments, you guys make my day with each and every update.
I wanted to share a few fun little sidebar goodies with you. The bracelets that Touji gives Yuzuru for their anniversary are based on real jewelry. Here's what they look like in real life:

Cool, huh? If you want to check them out I've included the Aliexpress external link in this update (or you can go to Aliexpress.com and search for "arrow bracelet leather" and you should be able to find them easily) :) They only cost $1.64 USD each, so if you want your very own Seven Weeks bracelet they have them in Touji and Yuzuru's colors and also a lot of other pretty color combos too. I've ordered a pair for myself and I will share pics when they come in 😉
(Just so you know, I'm not getting paid or rewarded in any way for plugging these. I honestly just thought they were cool and wanted them in the story. I imagine the actual pieces are probably nowhere near the level of quality that Touji would buy for his boyfriend, as they're inexpensive bits of costume jewelry, but I love the design SO much.)

Yes, that is the official Seven Days DVD set from CDJapan. It apparently includes an entire DVD of special features footage that I'm super excited about. I can't wait for these to come in and I may have to scan some pictures from the inner booklet because from the thumbnail they look pretty amazing. ☺️
One last thing. In honor of making it halfway through the fanfic, here's an English-subbed video clip from a Seven Days fan meeting, showing Takeshi James Yamada (Yuzuru) and Hirose Tomoki (Touji) doing a couple of comedy skits in character. In the first one, they act out some final scenes of the manga, wherein they play Yuzuru/Touji, a couple of Touji's fangirls, and then Utsumi/Koike! In the second skit (my favorite), they're pretending to be our favorite couple ten years into the future... living together and married and making naughty innuendos 💕💕💕Apparently Yuzuru becomes quite the housewife in their version! 😂
