Cas: "Cas, I'm really cold.." you said softly looking over at him, setting your book down on your bed. "I'm sorry (y/n), would like more blankets?" He asked tilting his head every so cutely to the side. You smile at the angel and shake your head, no. "I'm alright angel, I'm just gonna get a sweater." You said sweetly and got off the bed quietly, opening your closet you pull your favorite sweater off of its hanger and throw it over your shoulders; sighing in content as it warmed you up a little more. You looked at Cas and saw that he was already looking at you, his head still tilted slightly as he watched you climb back onto the bed silently. You smile at him "Are you ok? You seem confused."  You say and sit criss-cross, pushing a strand of hair behind your ear. Still the angel just stares at you, as if in awe of you for some reason. "You're very beautiful when your cold." He said mimicking your sitting position. You smile at his cuteness and blush at his words. "Well, um, thank you Castiel." You say with a slight awkward tone, as you aren't good at taking compliments from people, especially from him even if he was your boyfriend.

Taking your hand he pulls you closer to him until your sitting on his lap. Your cheeks redden even more if that's even possible. You giggle softly and look up at the angel in confusion. "What are you doing Cas?" You ask, looking into his eyes searching for an answer to your question. "I don't like it when your cold, I want you to be warm and happy. So I thought that by me doing this you might be." He stated bluntly looking down at you. "You're really sweet my Angel, thank you." You reply reaching up to kiss his cheek gingerly. You close your eyes and cuddle into his chest, gripping his trench coat in your small fists. Suddenly you feel a heaviness rest around you, engulfing you in warmth. You open your eyes to see broken, yet beautiful raven wings wrapped around you. Your lips curled up into a huge smile as you reached out to gently run your fingers over them. "They're absolutely beautiful Castiel. Why haven't you shown them to me before?" You asked, turning your attention to him. He looks at you softly, and a sad smile graces his features. "Because they're broken... I never thought that you would find them beautiful. I was ashamed." He said his smile falling from his face, just as is gaze fell to the floor. "Castiel, you have no reason to be ashamed, broken or unbroken, your wings are magnificent. I feel safe, I feel warm now. I feel like I'm at home. Your wings are just... beautiful." You say gently stroking them again, as you speak to him. You gently used one hand to lift his head up so you could meet his soft gaze. "Thank you (y/n), for accepting, and loving me despite my broken wings, and uncertainty of expressing my emotions. Also, I'm glad, you're warm now." He said staring at you, with those gorgeous blue eyes you loved so much. "Don't thank me Cas, you've done the same for me." You say with a light laugh at his last words and lean up to press a kiss to his lips gently, placing your hand on his chest softly. Pulling away, you look at his wings once more before leaning toward them giving them a gentle kiss as well. "I love you my beautifully, broken angel." You say and drift off into sleep wrapped in his wings.

He smiled down at you, with a blush, and held you tighter. "I'll always keep you warm, I promise." He said gently kissing your hair.
