4 months gone

It had been 4 months since Dean had died, and you had no idea what to do. So you did what you did best: You hunted. You hunted every demon you could find, you distracted yourself as much as possible.
You woke up screaming at night, because the images of Dean lying there mangled by the Hell hounds. You would call Dean's phone, even though you knew he would never answer...
"Hey Dean, it's me again... I just really miss you. It's so hard now that you're gone, Sam has been distant and I've tried to find him but I just can't. I'm so scared Dean, please come back to me... I love you" You left him messages anytime you could just so you could hear his voice, even if it was only his voice mail.

You were staying at Bobbys for a while now. You could tell he was worried about you, he was even more worried about Sam. "(Y/n), are you ok? You look like shit." He said and smiled when he saw your lips turn up into a little grin. "I'm ok Bobby, I may not look like it but in time I will be." You said and smiled wider at him.   You always did know how to fake a smile, force a laugh.
Until one day you didn't have to fake it anymore. You opened the door with Bobby by your side, and there he stood. Just like you remembered him. The Dean you knew and loved had come back. After you had done all the tests, you grabbed him around the waist and just held him relishing the fact that he was back in your arms again. You didn't notice it but tears began to fall onto his shoulder as you looked up at him. He smiled down at you and wiped your tears. "I'm here now (y/n), no one's gonna hurt you, nothing will take me from you again." He said before closing the space between the both of you, your lips fit together just like you remembered; his hands pulled you closer to him and your hands gripped his shirt so tightly that your knuckles turned white. Breaking away slightly, you don't open your eyes but you say "I love you Dean Winchester."
