"Ok Cas, so we're gonna start out nice and steady ok. It's a pretty open road, no one is around. Ok it's ok to mess up in the beginning we all do. Just try not to kill us." You said from the passenger seat of your car. You had decided to teach blue eyes how to drive. Blue eyes being Castiel.
Cas looked at you and nodded listening carefully to you.
"Do you have your seat belt on (y/n)?" He asked.
You grinned at him and let out a small chuckle while nodding. "Yes I do Cas. Now is your foot on the break?" You ask.
He looks at you and then down to his feet. Cas nodded his head and you continued. "Now what you're gonna do is turn the car on, keep your foot on the break. Keep your foot on the break until you put the car in drive." You said to him, pointing and showing him how to do everything. He did as you said. "Do I let go of the breaks now?" He asked you. You nodded your head. "Take your foot off of the break, and once the car starts rolling you keep the wheel straight ok. You control where the car goes and at what speed." You tell him. He looks at you with a hint of nervousness.
"You can do it Cas, alright. It's not as hard as it seems it's ok to be a little nervous but don't let that distract you. Make sure to look in the mirrors and of course keep your eyes on the road." You told him with an encouraging smile. With that you were off.

Cas had actually caught on quite quickly and was doing very well. "I'm driving (y/n)"
He said happily. "Yeah you are Blue Eyes I'm so proud!" You exclaimed. He looked over quickly and gave you a sweet smile before focusing on the road again.
The windows were rolled down a bit, and the wind was blowing through your hair tossing it around. You had a big smile on your face.
Cas took quick glances at you and smiled. He always thought you were so beautiful and had grown to love you.
Seeing you this happy made his heart swell with pride knowing that he had done that to you.

When you got back to the bunker, you walked through the door with a huge smile and Cas did too. "He did it boys! My Angel drove!" You shouted to them and they let out a cheer congratulating him. His cheeks flushed at your words. You called him your Angel.
You didn't really realize you had said it, but he did and it made his heart flutter. He was your Angel.

It was the next day and you were so excited. Today Cas was going to teach you about the angels and tell you about his time in heaven.

Cas came into your room and you smiled at him. "Hey Cas you ready?" You asked him with joy. He nodded his head and shyly smiled at you. "Yes, I am." "Alrighty, sit down. I'm all ears!" You said and he pulled up the chair from the small desk in your room. Setting it next to the bed he sat down. He didn't truly understand why you would be so interested in his past, but he obliged you. Knowing that you wouldn't judge him for anything that he may say.

"Where should I begin?" He asked. You tilt your head in thought. "Um, how about how heaven was before the apocalypse was set to happen. Before you brought Dean back?If you're comfortable with sharing of course. ? You said not wanting to pressure the angel. "I don't mind. Heaven was very orderly. My brothers and sisters stayed true to their purpose as did I. It ran smoothly and with hardly a fault. I was part of a team of angels. A garrison is the correct term if you will. I was rather high up in the ranking. We were warriors more so than what people think of us as. We did directly as we were told. Nothing less than the best we could give." He said. You looked at him with awe. He just fascinated you so much, hearing him speak of these things made him all the more strong and brave to you. Not just because he was a warrior of heaven but because he had the courage to break away and be hated and shamed by his brothers and sisters. You had fallen in love with the Angel and this just made you love him more.
"Those who disobeyed, those who rebelled were cast from heaven..." he said softly. In a way you could tell there was the most miniscule glimmer of him missing heaven. "Castiel. It's ok to miss it if you do at all. It's everything you knew, and what you had for so long. It's ok." You reassured him, taking his hand in yours. He looked at you and smiled squeezing your hand. "Thank you (y/n)." You nodded at him. He continued. "Angels as you know, do not require the things humans do. We don't sleep, we don't eat, we don't feel the way you do." He says and you just keep yourself focused on his words.
"Losing our wings is one of the most painful things an angel could feel, having your grace taken from you. Becoming human was unimaginable. When the angels fell, it was chaos; it was agonizing." He said. His hand held yours a little tighter now. You felt for him, you truly did. You loved him, and you could tell it caused him a bit of pain. "Castiel. You don't have to say anymore. I can see it hurts, you may say it doesn't but I can feel that it does. I understand. Cas I love you for your bravery, for your kindness, for everything that you are. Don't feel the need to share the things you don't want to relive." You said to him. Cas' eyes went wide at your words.
His mind went into overdrive. "You loved him? You really loved him?" He thought.
You knew what you had said, you decided you couldn't hide it anymore. He needed to know.

" I love you too (y/n)." He reciprocated.
Your smile widened and you ran your thumb along the back oh his hand. His hand was bigger than yours and a little more rough but it fit perfectly.
He looked into your eyes and began to lean in. You did the same and your lips met for a soft kiss. It wasn't lustful, it wasn't needy. It was full of love, it made you feel wanted. When you pulled away you smiled at him resting your forehead against his.
"Can I kiss you again?" He asks shyly.
You giggle and lean back in. Your hand moved from his so it could run through his hair, and he didn't know exactly what to do so with your free hand you placed his hand on your waist. He soon got the hang of it becoming more comfortable with you. When he pulled away he had a big grin. "I like that display of affection very much. I would like to do that everyday if you'll have me." He said. You giggled and nodded, "I would love that Cas. Now c'mere let me hold you." You said leaning back on the bed and patting the spot next to you. He blushed but gladly got comfortable and lied beside you, letting you hold onto him. He instinctively did the same to you, and you snuggled farther in his chest.
