Ok I got a little carried away with this one. I just mean it's a little over 700 words. Sorry it's a bit longer, but Jack will have his later tonight! 💛💛

Cas:
Castiel was human. He hurt, he felt, he ate, he drank, and over all he needed sleep. I don't think he ever realized how exhausting being human would be. You had been with him all day, since you live in a separate house from Sam and Dean.

He always kisses you like he meant it, like he felt it and he did. Now when he kissed you for the first time being human... it was something else. You could feel everything more vividly. It's like every feeling was enhanced, taken up to 1,000. The way his lips moved against yours, the way he held you. Before he was human, he held you so tightly like his life depended on it. It made you feel safe and wanted, but now he held you tightly but so gently. His hands were gentle against your body, his lips moved soft, but firmly against yours. It was a whole new experience and it made you feel like your whole body was even more alive than ever. You almost cried when he pulled away, never knowing that you could ever feel more than you did with Castiel while he was an angel. Now.. with him human it melted your heart.

He placed a kiss on your lips, pulling away slightly but you pulled him back in. Placing your lips on his, tilting your head to deepen the kiss. He let out a small moan and pulled you closer placing you on his lap and quickly flipping you onto your back. His lips then trail down your jaw to your neck. The next thing you knew you could feel his heart beat in sync with yours.

Your breathing began to regulate, your body still warm and a soft weight rested across your waist. You opened your eyes and were met with the oceans that are your boyfriend's eyes. He had a shy smile as he moved his arm from your waist up to rest his hand on your cheek. You smiled softly at him turning to kiss the palm of his hand, reaching up to grab it and intertwine your fingers.

You heard him sigh, and he pulled you closer. His nose bumped yours softly and a small giggle escaped your lips. Cas' smile grew at the sound and so he continued the innocent action. When he stopped you placed a kiss to his nose.

Somewhere in between the innocence of this afterglow castiel fell asleep. His eyes closed and his breathing was steady. His hair stuck up in different directions and his hand still holding yours. You smiled at the sight. It was your turn to watch over him as he dreamed his first dreams.

"Cas, I've known you for years and been in love with you a few of them. I've seen you at your worst and your best. At the start you were cold and focused on this mission you so fully believed in. Too focused for even the idea of feeling. Still you made my heart flip, and my cheeks burn red. Now here you are lying next to me, legs tangled with mine and the taste of your lips lingering. You're in love, you're warm. This is you and I love you." You whispered. You squeezed his hand lightly feeling how rough they were against yours. He always was insecure about touching you because of that. Each time you placed his hand on your face, or your leg letting him touch your soft skin. Making sure he knew that it was something you loved about him.

"I know Castiel, that you're weary of touching me or holding my hand. Letting your hands wander over my skin. I want you to know that it's a feeling I adore, a feeling I crave when you're gone too long. Your hands may be tough but I knew from the minute you touched me, held my hand, that that's where they belonged. I love you Castiel, every part of you, every scar, every ounce of pain isn't just yours. Everything you feel you have to carry on your own... you don't have to. You're human now and I am going to take care of you like you've always done for me." You sleepily said. Taking one last look at Castiel you smiled and fell asleep. Making sure to hold him close so you knew he was safe.
