Dean:

You were quite the shy girl so when you met Sam and Dean you didn’t say much. You were introduced by Charlie. She was your best friend and always tried to set you up on dates. It never worked out though seeing as how reserved you were. When you met the boys you instantly retreated into yourself. Of course, you politely greeted them and introduced yourself, but immediately after that, you shut your mouth.

Charlie kept glancing over at you checking to see if you were ok. The boys had tried to hide the fact that they were hunters. Not knowing if you were aware of the life. You knew it all too well actually, you had been hunting since you were about 13. Your brother dragged you around with him after he ran away and took you with him.

You were all sitting in the library talking and catching up. Them asking you some questions and you answered them shyly. Dean thought you were beautiful the moment you walked into the bunker.

“So, (y/n), how do you know Charlie?” Dean asked. You looked over at him with nervous eyes, and immediately your heartbeat sped up. Charlie quickly took notice and went in to save you, but you spoke up knowing that eventually, you would have to give more than a few worded answers to them.

“Charlie and I met about 1 year ago. We met in a coffee shop. I saw that she was confused about something, so I got the courage up to go ask her if she needed help with something.” you took a shaky breath and got ready to continue but Charlie swooped in. “I was reading lore and doing some research. After I met you guys that’s pretty much all I could think about. So when she came up to me and tapped my shoulder, I tried to hide what I was looking at. She saw it though and sat across from me. I had no idea what she was doing until she spoke up. Saying that she was a hunter, and she could tell by the way I looked at things that I was new at it. “ Charlie said with a smile on her face.

You looked at the boys and saw them staring at you. “You’re a hunter?” Sam asked dumbfoundedly. You nodded and looked away, not used to having the attention on you.
“Well it’s nice to meet another hunter, and it’s nice to know we don’t have to hide from you.” Dean smiled at you, and you saw it out of the corner of your eye.
“Hey, don’t be so shy it’s ok. Get comfortable.” Charlie nudged you lightly and squeezed your hand in reassurance. You nodded and looked back up at the boys.

“My brother and I heard a lot about you guys. We knew Bobby Singer and he talked about you a lot when he let us crash with him,” you stated trying to get your voice to gain some confidence. “Oh really, who’s your brother?” Dean asked. At that moment you regret bringing your brother into this. Knowing it would get difficult for you.

You tried to keep your tears at bay, as you spoke up again. “His name is (y/b/n) (y/l/n), he was a really sweet guy. Took care of me after we left home. I loved him a lot.” you said biting your lip to keep it from trembling.

Dean and Sam both looked at you and knew to not push the subject any further. “Well, he sounds like a great guy.” Sam gave you a nod. You just smiled at him.

Sam and Charlie both got up to get some more beers and that just left you and Dean. you couldn’t help stealing glances at him. He was the most handsome man you’d ever met, and he was kind too.
“You’re pretty shy aren’t you?” his voice broke you out of your trance. You nodded at him “Yeah, I guess it’s pretty obvious then?” you asked, trying to lighten the mood that felt heavy.
You got a chuckle out of him and he smiled at you. He got up and walked around the table coming to sit next to you. Gesturing to the chair as if asking for permission, and you nodded at him.
He took the seat next to you, “You know you’re really beautiful did you know that?” he asked with a soft smile on his face. You looked down with a blush and smiled softly. “Well, um, thank you, Dean. that’s really sweet of you to say,” you responded and glanced back at him.
“I know we just met but would you like to go out with me?” he asked, his voice low, shy almost. You played with your hands and looked fully up at him. “I would love to Dean,” you said.
