sam:

You sat in the library with a blanket draped over you while you furiously typed away at your laptop. You were looking for a case, you were getting frustrated from not being able to find one. You huffed in exasperation. "Why hasn't anyone strangely died?" you wondered in upset.

Just as you said that Sam waltzed in. He let out a chuckle at your words, "No cases huh?" he asked. You flung your head back and let out an annoyed sigh. "Absolutely none. How are there no weird-ass deaths when I want there to be?" you rhetorically asked your boyfriend. He laughed once more. "Why do you want there to be a case so badly?" he asked you in curiosity.

You looked at him with a frown. "I really want to get the hell out of this freezing ass bunker. I feel like I'm going to get hypothermia, Sam. Hypothermia. " you express dramatically.

Sam looked at you in amusement and walked over to sit next to you. "C'mere (y/n)," he said and opened his arms gesturing for you to sit on his lap. You quickly got up and sat unceremoniously in his lap. He let out a huff with your graceless motion. Still, he wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled your chest to his back so you were both facing his laptop.

You hummed in content at the warmth that began to slowly progress through your cold body. You felt him place his head on your shoulder and his hair tickle your cheek. It made a smile replace the frown on your face. He unwound his arms but still kept you in place between him and the table. His arms on either side of you so he could reach the keyboard.

"Alright, here we go let's look for some cases." He said and turned his head to kiss your warming cheek. You let out a giggle and nodded your head. "Now that I'm warm maybe I can focus finally." you sighed.

You sat there on his lap for maybe 20 minutes laughing every now and again when either of you would make a joke about a news article you had read. After a while, you finally stumbled across what could be a case in Arkansas. Immediately your eyes lit up and you leaned back into Sam's chest. Letting out a sigh you turned moved your head so that you were looking at him. He smiled down at you and leaned down to place a kiss on your lips.

You pulled away and sighed again. "Alright Sammy, we'll head out in 10, is that ok?" you asked your boyfriend. You felt him nod and kiss your head. "Yup, I'll go tell Dean," he responded. You got up from his lap and were instantly hit with a cold chill. You groaned at the uncomfortable feeling and Sam chuckled at you. "Don't laugh Winchester it's cold. Now go tell Dean we're leaving this cold ass bunker." you jokingly ordered. "Yes, ma'am," he stated with a fake salute. You chuckled at him, and you walked towards your room with him walking towards Deans.

You got your things together just as Sam walked in and began to do the same. The blanket still hung from your shoulders, shielding your body from the cold. He smiled at the sight of your blanket practically consuming you. Once you were both ready you left the room and both headed to the car. You were practically shivering in excitement and from the biting chill surrounding you.

When you exited the bunker you breathed in the fresh air and smiled as the warm rays of sun covered you. "Better?" Sam asked after placing his bag in the backseatalong with Dean's. You looked at him and nodded "definitely getting there." you placed your bag beside their's in the back of the car.

Dean started up the car and you let it run a bit before turning the heat on. You sighed as it began to warm you up. Reaching over the seat you place your hand on Sam's shoulder pulling yourself forward to kiss his cheek. "What about me?" Dean asked in mock offense. You smiled. "Sorry D," you said and quickly reached over to kiss his cheek too.

You chuckled and sat back, you were never warmer than when you were with your boys.
