Chapter 14

It's been 4 weeks. Jughead was still trying at the cameras, Veronica only got more and more worried. Veronica's worry soon disappeared with a single sentence.

Jug: I got in.

Veronica: I'll call everyone.

Veronica called Archie, Betty, Kevin, Cheryl, Toni, and Sweet Pea, along with Fangs to look at the footage.

They all got into an empty room with Jughead at the computer. "Here." They call sat around the couch and Jughead played the video. "Mija." "They're lying!" "Andre is going to take you to Shadow Lake." "Archie! Tell Sweet Pea the truth! He has to know!" "Cmon Ms Lodge." "Archie! Please!! Mom!! Reggie!" "Archie! Tell Sweet Pea the truth! He has to know I'm okay! Let me explain to him! Please!" Andre infected Emerald with the tranquilizer and carried her out. Veronica wiped her tears, Betty put her arm around her. "It's okay V." Archie looked at Sweet Pea. "YOU KNEW ANDREWS!" Sweet Pea shouted. "Hey!" Jughead said getting up and blocking Sweet Pea. Veronica looked at Archie. "Archie..." she said chocked up. "Ronnie I didn't know they were going to do this to her." "You still could've told us!" Betty said. Cheryl hugged Kevin and started Kevin. Cheryl and Emerald were closer then they looked. "It's okay Cher." He whispered softly. "Hey Sweet Pea! We know where she is!" Jughead said. "He still knew." Sweet Pea said pointing his finger at Archie. Toni went over to Kevin and Cheryl. Cheryl moved her hugged to Toni. Kevin made his way over to Veronica. "You need to calm down Sweet Pea!" Jughead shouted. "Calm down?! What if it was Betty in that video getting dragging out of her house and Archie knew?!" "Don't go there man." Jughead whispered. Veronica still cried in Betty's arms and Kevin hugged Veronica. Toni was still comforting Cheryl.

Shadow Lake—

"How are you doing Em?" Sister Woodhouse asked me. "They....will.. find me.." "oh we're still on that?" "They wont give up on me.." "We don't want to add anymore scars to you Emerald. But if that's what has to be down to get you better then that's how." Another doctor walking with a shock rod. "Please..." I cried softly. The doctor walked closer with the shock rod and put it on my leg. I screamed in pain and agony. "It'll stop once you've learned your lesson." Sister Woodhouse said over my screams.

Riverdale—

"Shadow Lake..." Veronica whispered. Everyone looked at her. "We went there before." Betty, Jughead, and Archie suddenly remembered. "What?" Toni, Kevin, Cheryl, and Sweet Pea were confused. "Come on let's go." We all left the room soft all our things and headed to the Pembrooke. "Come on get in!" Veronica shouted. Everyone got in. Jughead and Veronica got in the front. "Tell me where to go." Veronica said to him. "Huh Uh." Jughead agreed. They drove off to Shadow Lake.

Shadow Lake—

"Have you learned your lesson Em?" Sister Woodhouse asked. "I'm not breaking." I whispered softly. The same doctor walked in with the same shock rod. I started crying. "Like I said Em. We will let you go once you've learned your lesson." The doctor walked closer and I started screaming. Andre walked outside. "Cmon Ms Veronica... I let you in the cameras... where are you..?" The car with everyone drove down and Andre ran to go get them.

"Ms Veronica!" Andre called. "Andre!" Everyone got out of the car. "I'm so sorry Ms Veronica. I let you in the cameras to come rescue Ms Emerald. She won't last much longer she's inside." Sweet Pea started bolting with Toni and Fangs following behind. "Thank you Andre." "I'm sorry shins Ms Lodge." "It's okay Andre..." Everyone else ran after the three Serpents and Veronica ran after them. I kept screaming and Sweet Pea, Toni, and Fangs went inside. They could hear me screaming. "this way!!" Toni shouted. They opened the door and Sweet Pea went after the doctor, Fangs went after Sister Woodhouse and Toni came for me. "Oh my god. Get up Em!!" She shouted. Everyone else came inside the room. "Hey Sweet Pea!" Jughead said running to him. "Veronica and Cheryl ran to me and Betty and Kevin helped Fangs with Sister Woodhouse. Andre walked in and handcuffed both of them. "Emerald!!" Veronica called. "Emerald get up!!" Cheryl screamed. I opened my eyes and gasped for air.
