Chapter 15

She woke to find herself laying in bed, and a room she did not recognize. She sat up and saw Jared laying on her left, Roxie on her right and next to Roxie was Noah. She was the first to wake up.

“Jared wake up” she gave Jared a little push.

“What do you want?” he asked and put the covers over his head

“Get up Jared” She gave him a harder push

“What happened?” he asked

“Where are we?” she asked him

“We are in the Sea Fay’s underwater cave” he informed her drowsy

“If its underwater then why isn’t there any water here” she asked confused

“Magic” was the only word he said as if that explained everything, well in this case it kind of did

“I see you are awake, your highness awaits your arrival in the main room” a sea Fay told them

“Do you have clothes we can borrow” Lexi asked covering herself after realizing she was still in her bikini.

“That is what I don’t get about surface people they walk around in the beach in their bikini, but are embarrassed to be seen in it anywhere else, like you right now your covering yourself when a few hours ago you where walking around it like whatever’s” the sea Fay explained

“It’s because-” she had no explanation for it, it was kind of stupid.

“Get your asses up” Jared ordered Noah and Roxie. After a few seconds Jared pulled them by the hand when they didn’t wake up.

“Leave me alone” Roxie told him setting her hand free and laying back down.

“Roxie come on wake up the Queen is waiting for us” Lexi informed her

“Okay, I’m going” Roxie got up and crawled over Noah to get off the bed and went to stand next to Jared

“Noah there’s a girl waiting for you in the main room” Lexi told Noah. Once Noah heard what Lexi had told him he jumped up out of the bed.

“A little trick I learned back home, it was the only way I woke up my brother” Lexi whispered to Noah and Jared as they followed Noah and the sea Fay to the main room.

“So where is she?” Noah asked as he entered the room

“I beg your pardon” the Queen asked

“I never said she liked you I just said a girl was waiting for you in this case the Queen who wants to talk to us” Lexi explained

“So I expect you are very well rested” the Queen stated

“Yes we are; thank you so much, but what was the thing?” Jared asked

“I’m afraid we don’t know what it is but it has been terrorizing my kingdom for the past two years” the Queen stated somber

“If it has being treating your kingdom then why haven’t you reported to the establishment?” Noah asked her

“To report it, it takes a lot of magic and it seems to be attracted to magic, it shows up here once a month when I make the monthly report, so when I make the monthly report no sea Fay is allowed out into the open sea” the Queen informed them

“But you turned in your report about two weeks ago, why will it show up here again?” Roxie asked confused

“Cause of her, you Lexi are one of the most magical creatures on all the dimensions; evil will always try to get you, you have one of the rarest, purest, magical blood, you don’t know how much other creatures will pay for your blood” the Queen informed her
