“Hey, Noah do you know where Jared’s room is at?” Lexi asked Noah
“It’s the last door down that corridor what do you need him for?” Noah replied pointing at a long narrow hallway.
“I was going to give him his jacket last night, but he said to take it to him today cause he was going to be training really late last night and didn’t want to carry it” Lexi explained as she started to walk toward Jared’s room.
“See you later then” Noah said as he started to walk away
Lexi didn’t want to have his jacket, she kind of felt guilty to borrow his jacket she never liked to borrow anybody’s jacket. Now she was standing in front of Jared’s door and as she was about to knock she regretted going so early in the morning probably he wasn’t awake yet, it was six in the morning, and as she was about to retrieve the door opened and there stood Jared wearing a black tight v-neck, that adapted to his muscles perfectly, and black jeans with a his laced up ankle leisure boots.
“Hey Lexi, need something?” Jared said leaning on the door frame
“I brought you your jacket, but I figured it was too early, I didn’t wake you up right?” Lexi asked feeling bad if she woke him up, but she couldn’t he was all dressed up.
“No actually I couldn’t sleep at all last night, how rude of me come in” Jared said moving sideways so Lexi could go in
“Are you okay?” Lexi asked worried
“Yeah, it’s I just had a lot in my mind” Jared explained
“Is it about the murder of Smith?”
“Yeah, leave the jacket on the chair next to you and come on I got to show you something”
“No where’s your closet, I feel bad just leaving it here”
“The door behind you” Jared said pointing
Lexi turned around and walked toward the door and when she opened it she was surprised there were about ten pants, ten shirts, ten jackets, and ten pairs of shoes all the same.
“Wow, your closet is like a cartoon” Lexi said looking for a clothes hanger to hang the jacket
“Why?” Jared asked confused
“Cause it’s the same clothes over and over again and you only wear this clothes well except with the exception of today” Lexi said as she finally found a hanger to hang the jacket
“That’s my gear clothes, a uniform, my clothes is on the door to the right of that one” Jared said as he opened the door to the right of the one Lexi had opened
“Wow, you closet is like an old classic movie where everything is grey, black and white” lexi said looking at his colorless clothes.
Jared smirked at her remark and closed the door, “Should we get going?” he asked
Lexi nodded yes and followed Jared down the many rooms of the institute. Until, they finally stood in front of a huge door.
“Did your mom ever make you take fighting classes?” Jared asked as he leaned on the door
“Yeah, I have been taking classes since I was about four years old” Lexi replied wondering why he would ask such question, and what did it have to do with where he was taking her.
“Then it’s going to be easier than I thought” Jared replied
“What’s going to be easier?” Lexi asked even more confused
“Just wait and see, we have to wait for Leo to open the door I don’t know why he has being locking it lately” Jared replied
For about five minutes Lexi and Jared stood in silence waiting for Leo when all of the sudden the door opened and Jared fell backwards.
