I woke up back in the hotel, in my bed, Peter seated nervously at the edge.

I was greeted with a pounding headache, but nothing more.

"Are you okay?" Peter asked when he saw my eyes open, leaning forward to press his hand softly to my forehead.

I smiled weakly. "Yeah, I'm fine. You know, maybe you could tell my temperature better if you kissed my forehead."

He turned scarlet, and leaned closer, pressing his lips to my forehead softly and sitting back in complete silence.

"Well?" I asked.

He stared at me. "W-well what?"

"Well what is my temperature? Normal? Too high? Too low?" I said, smiling at him.

It clicked in his brain and he said, "Oh, oh, you're fine. Perfectly normal."

I nodded.

"What happened?" He asked carefully, studying my face.

I looked over to the door I thought led to a closet absentmindedly. "Rhodes fell, he hit, I slipped," I said in a dull tone.

Peter nodded ever so slightly, scooting closer to me. "No more impromptu jet rides for you, sweetie," he said, running a hand up and down my arm.

I caught his hand as it got close to mine. "You're something else Peter. You're something special."

He smiled widely, turning pink.

"May raised you right."
