Janet's POV

"Is it really necessary to get all this stuff, everytime?" Ben asks, as we're leaving the store. "Mikey's my son and I need Michael and Ocean to see that I'm responsible an can take care of him" I explain. "Yeah, but I'm pretty sure they have diapers and food and stuff already. Don't you wanna save that money for the baby? They already know your responsible. If they didn't then they wouldn't be letting you have visits and talking about getting the adoption reversed"

"Yeah, supervised visits" I point out. "It's been over a month and they still haven't mentioned about me taking Mikey out alone"

"You think they still don't trust you?"

"After what happened the last time they left me alone with him, can you really blame them?"

"But that wasn't your fault"

"I know, but it still happened and it's still gonna take a long time for them to trust me again, so I'm gonna do everything I can. I do everything they ask me to do and I show up on time for every visit, don't question them, don't try to push things or..."

"Janet, just calm down" he cuts me off "Your stressing yourself out again and the doctors told you about keeping your stress levels down. Just take a deep breath and relax and get in the car and I'll drop you off at your brothers" he says calmly. "Thanks, but you know you don't have to do all this. I could get the bus and..."

"Your not getting the bus" he cuts me off. "You don't wanna be squashed up with a bunch of sweaty people and you could go into labour at any second"

"I'm 7 and a half months. I have a while to go yet" I giggle slightly. "Yeah, but I'd still rather drive you. That way I know you got there safe" he smiles. "Awww that's sweet. You such a good friend" I smile back.

"Mhm. Umm... We should get going then" he mumbles and opens the car door for me.

I'm not sure why he's mood suddenly changed, but I get in the car anyway and he starts driving to Michael's house. I'm about 30 minutes early, but sometimes the traffic can get really and I don't wanna risk being late for my visit with Mikey.

Michael's POV

Ocean and I are cuddling on the sofa and I hear a car pulling up outside and see Janet, getting out of the car with Ben.

"Hey" I smile, opening the door to her and give her a hug and she smiles and hugs be back. "Sorry I'm so early. I didn't know what the traffic would be like"

"It's fine" I smile "I have to go, but I'll come pick you up later if you want?" Ben cuts in. "You sure you don't mind?"

"Of course not. I'm always happy to help you" he smiles at her. "Is there something I should know about?" I chuckle, slightly. "No! We're just friends" Janet quickly says, shaking her head.

"Umm... I'll come pick you up later" Ben mutters and walks away. "Is Mikey awake?" Janet smiles, turning her attention back to me.

"Yeah, he woke up extra early this morning" Ocean says, walking out of the living room with Mikey. "I think he was excited about seeing his mommy" she smiles, handing him to her. "I'm gonna have to go to work, but I'll be back for lunch" I smile, kissing Ocean softly then turn and say goodbye to Mikey and Janet.

I don't usually go to work this early, but after Rebbie and I did the switch for the day, I realised how much she was struggling financially and offered her a higher paid job at the insurance place I work at. I didn't actually need an assistant, but I told her I did so she wouldn't think I was taking pitty on her. She's starting her first day today so I'm going in a little early to show her what to do.
