'Scary' was how I would explain it. The darkness was too much. For the first 10 minutes, I couldn't help but be hella scared of the water droplets falling with a loud sound in regular intervals. We were almost 40 people as we didn't know how big the opposite clan was, but even this amount of people were less. But there must have been enough to take Professor Regina with them. I mean, she is assigned to taehyung, but I can see her power in her eyes.

Chanyeol had tried to see, but Mark's eyes we closed as he didn't had any energy left . All he could hear were screams.

Chanyeol. He was in a such a important position right now. Leading everyone towards the strigoi, or whatever. After a night of love making, I didnt expected to fight people. Usually, couples would discuss stuff. But here we are, totally apart. Walking without any sweet words exchanged. Fantastic.

We had been walking for half an hour when we finally reached the circle which connects almost all the caves. On Namjoon's signal we all divided. Since there were so many tunnels, the plan about going in a group of seven was in dump. So everyone when in with either a teacher or a spirit user.

I was paired with Jace, someone I had not bothered to know. I was too busy working out my problem with Jungkook. But, knowing that hoseok trusts him, i cant believe he is Lucifer's brother. He is so different. His blue eyes hold some extra care for the magic he does. He is careful while practicing spells with hoseok, even small spells. I was dying to know his story.

Jace gave me an assuring smile, which I was going to return but then something brushed against my leg. Then against my waist and the next moment a huge group of bats just threw themselves at us. Out of Instinct, I screamed. Well, magic or nothing, I am a small girl. I forgot Namjoon's advice ( or command, its the same thing.) to "not make a single sound till you fight one" . It went down to hell when I screamed like a cow. I sighed internally as I felt Jace tense up. He held two fingers up, and I knew what was coming. 4 pairs of red eyes came running at us through the dark.

Jace reacted faster than I did and shielded us, which thankfully gave me time to regain myself. Jace took on two while I tried to take the other two. I ended one of them quite well, but was struggling with the other. Thankfully, Jace came to my aid. He swiftly took his dagger and saved me from the sharp teeth of the strigoi , momentarily becoming my hero. Once done with them four, Jace handed me the dagger. We changed positions, He would weaken them while i attack. As we went further, it got really tiring. The strigoi's were quite strong, atleast more than i thought they would be. The classes with the headmaster were different. I was a ace there, while in the current situation , I would be dead by now if it wasn't for jace. I won't even question that. Jace shielded me a lot of times, since I desperately needed it. But every time he did, I couldn't help but notice his shield was different. It was blue in color, and a particular feature in it. A fireball, more like a living fireball. Its flames were growing and decreasing. It was fascinating.

After fighting more than 12 Strigoi's, we took a deep breath. Jace had a few cuts and I felt as if my lungs were on fire. I tried my best not to feel useless and untrained, but if I didn't think about that, I would think about Jimin or Mark or Professor Regina or any of the kids who were drained out of their blood right now. I'd rather insult myself than think about that. Jace was going to say something but then we heard footsteps coming towards us. I was going to take the dagger out but Jace stopped me and signaled to hide.
