chapter 15: scream more louder or run into the wall nose-first

Andriana's P.O.V.

It was almost evening. I was coming back from the book store. In one hand , I had my bag and in the other was my chocolate ice cream. While walking on the road, I noticed a small alley. I remember jungkook telling me this was a shortcut to his house and he usually comes here. As our houses are near each other, I thought to take that shortcut. I was walking down the dark alley but it didn't scare me, I have walked down such alleys a lot of time. But then I felt something wrong with the atmosphere.

I heard some muffled noises and I wondered whether I was just imagining stuff. Ignoring my thoughts , I continued walking . My headphones were on and I was silently humming to my song. The voices faded away as I was too into the song. But then I heard a scream, followed by noises of bins crashing.

My heart was bumping hard. I thought about turning back but I had come a long way. And what if the person was in danger? So and idea came into my mind .I was only 15 BUT that won't stop me to become the female superman and save someone! Will it though? HELL NAH! I mean ... How bad could it be? I should just call my dad as his number was on speed dial! And my daddy IS a superman!

I quietly tiptoed my way towards the place were the noise came from. I noticed two shadows in front of me. I was so focused on the figures that I didn't notice I was walking right up to them without any defense.

There were two men there. To be accurate , they both were boys. Almost 12 or more than that of age. The taller one was pinning the other harshly on the wall. His mouth was on his neck and he was almost about to suck until he noticed me. The victim's eyes were shut close but I couldn't make out any of their faces. The taller one looked  at me. I was still until I noticed his eyes, they were...... Blood red.

I backed a few steps, almost stumbling. The boy came towards me , as the small boy fell on the floor,helpless. I was regretting coming here now. Speed dial? What's that? The boy was coming towards me and I can do nothing . I had nothing to protect myself. But, without any options, I took one of my books and pointed it at him. Why else do you expect a 15 year old helpless girl to do? Again! Speed dial? What the heck IS THAT THING?

Me: Stay away. This is a huge dictionary. If I hits your head, I doubt you'll be waking up in any less than 10 minutes

The boy just laughed. Gosh Andriana!!! You are so stupid!!! What was that! Ughhhh!! God save me!! The boy spoke up,

Boy: you are always like this right ,Ri? And praying to God won't help you in situations like this.

This voice!! So familiar! More than familiar! It belongs to someone I cherish !!! Oh hell nop!! His is not what I think! Two people can have the same voice right?!?! Ofcourse they can!! BIOLOGY CAN PLAY GAMES!  It's not who I think!

Boy: two people don't have the exact same voices , Ri. You read too many fanfics.

Well fuck its him! Who else will know I read fanfics! But why is he sucking another boy's neck? Gay? I think not! IT IS NOT HIM!!

I was moving backwards without knowing my own actions. Not watching my steps, I fell hard on my bum as my leg hit the water pipe . The boy was coming near me and I was still pointing my book at him.

The boy: don't worry , I won't hurt you. Calm down. This was not how I planned to tell you.

He was walking towards me. As the moonlight showered on his face , I screamed inside me. This can't be!!! It is not true !! It is not him. I had two options. Either I scream more louder or I run into the wall nose-first. Yet again! Please dear lord , tell me what is speed dial? What is phone? Do I have a phone? Do I have a voice? Do I have a lung? If yes?? Why can't I breathe??
