Hazels POV
I slept in till about twelve o clock and lay in bed scrolling through my tumblr feed.
I passed a photo of me and Hayes that I had put up a while ago, I decided to ring him.
"Hayes, hey"
"You woke me up Hazel, you know that?"
I laughed down the phone at him, his voice was rough and husky after just waking up.
"Do you wanna hang out later?"
"Yeah sure, will I call over for you?"
"Ya do and we can go on a walk or something"
"Get some ice cream?" Hayes added.
I could imagine him smirking when he said it.
"Whatever you want. I'll see you later then"
I hung up and plopped back onto my pillow, pulling the duvet up to my chin.
I really didn't want to move.
I could lie here all day I thought. Eating food, on my laptop.
I locked my phone and turned on my side and closed my eyes for another few minutes.
Hayes POV
"Where are you going?" Nash asked, observing me from my doorway.
I was just dressed, pulling a beanie hat over my head.
"Going out with Hazel" I answered looking around under my bed for my other black van.
"Hayes mom told me about last night"
Nash said and sat down on my desk.
"You know you can tell me if something's bothering you?"
Nash told me looking concerned.
"Nash everything is fine?" I said not wanting to talk about my anxiety.
"Promise me Hayes that you will tell someone -me, your counsellor, anyone if something's wrong"
I felt bad looking at him, but I didn't want him to worry about me.
I smiled at him.
"Seriously everything's great here, don't be worried about me"
I told him reassuringly.
Nash seemed satisfied with that.
"I'm just looking out for you bro, you can tell me anything"
I nod and he grins pulling me into one of his bone crushing hugs.
I wished that I could tell him everything. About the bullies, the anxiety and the depression I could feel slowly creeping in on me. But I didn't want my family worried about me or finding out that I wasn't getting on ok here.
Nash had settled so well, he had made so many new friends.
Hazel, the only person I felt comfortable telling everything to -
was also the only person I could never tell.
