Sadness, loneliness, confusion and wonder;these are all things that Luna felt. It had been three months since Lucy had disappeared, nobody had heard or seen her since she flew into the sky that night. Jellal had went searching every day since she's been missing, looking for clues to her whereabouts. Luna was spending most of her time at silvers house or the guild. The members of the guild were trying hard to make Luna happy, going to great lengths to decorate the guild just for her birthday; which happened to be today.

Thirteen years ago today, April 13th, Lucy gave birth to Luna. Luna at this time was not excited for their birthday, though everyone was trying their best to make her happy. Silver had surprised her that morning with flowers and chocolate. Rebecca had given her a new notebook to write her thoughts in. Everyone else was getting the guild ready to throw her a massive party. Luna didn't care about the party or her birthday, because it wouldn't be the same; her mom was missing and her dad was gone to find her. Her birthday was just another day to her, only more depressing.

"Earth to Luna!" Silver said, waving his hand in front of her face. Luna sat at a table alone, her hands propped under her chin. "Yeah?" She asked, shaking her head slightly. "I said, are you excited for your birthday party?" Silver said, his eyebrows drawn together slightly. "You okay?" He asked sincerely. Luna opened her mouth to say, I'm fine; but decided to tell the truth. "No." She said with a sigh. "I know what's worrying you, everyone does; that's why they're working so hard to give you an awesome birthday party." Silver said.

"I know, I just..." She said, trailing off with a sigh. "I know, but he will find her." Silver said reassuringly. "Yeah, your right." Luna said, a small smile tugging her lips. "Come on, Rebecca's waiting for us at her house." Silver said, holding his hand out for Luna to take. "Okay, let's go." Luna said, taking silvers hand. She blushed slightly as he pulled her to her feet, his hand never leaving hers as they walked to natsu and Sylvia's house.

With jellal.

Megonia, a town of the worst kinds of wizards you could imagine. Jellal found himself walking down a busy street of murderers, rapists and thief's. He had heard word of a fierce woman with wings like a dragon, causing chaos and mayhem wherever she went. He hoped that it was Lucy, that's why he was here; to find out more. He continued down the road to the first bar he could find, The mecupial.

Jellals hood was up hiding his face, as he stepped through the door and looked around. The place was pretty crowded, men and women lined the walls talking. A man stood behind the bar serving drinks, the bar was fairly empty. Jellal gasped slightly when seeing blonde hair, but quickly noticed there was no wings. He walked to the bar and sat down a couple seats away from her, ordering himself a drink.

"You seem pretty down." A female voice beside him said. He turned to see the blonde haired woman speaking to him, she didn't resemble Lucy at all except her blonde hair. "You could say that." Jellal said bitterly. "Want me to take your mind off of it?" She asked seductively. "No thanks." He said, downing his drink before standing to leave. He continued down the road a ways stopping at ever bar he passed. He couldn't find Lucy or a single clue as to her whereabouts, he left megonia dejectedly.

Back with Luna.

Luna, silver and Rebecca were currently swinging outside of natsu and Sylvia's house. "Faster!" Rebecca giggled, as silver swung her faster. Luna sat on a stump beside them, watching the clouds go by in the sky. "Yo, Luna." Natsus voice rang out on the breeze. Luna looked up to see natsu, Sylvia and her father walking towards her. She jumped to her feet, rushing to Jellal she hugged him around the waist.

"Any luck?" She asked hopefully. "I'm sorry honey, not yet." Jellal said sadly. Luna's face fell slightly at his words. "It's okay." She said, forcing a smile. "Let's go to the guild, I'm sure everyone's waiting." Jellal said, putting Luna atop his shoulders. "Let's go!" Luna said happily. They walked to the guild chatting and laughing. They could hear music coming from the guild as they approached.

They pushed the doors opened to be greeted with music, laughter and dancing. "Luna!" Mira said happily, dancing her way towards the door. "Glad you guys could make it." Mira giggled as she approached. "Of course we made it, can't let Luna miss her birthday." Jellal said with a smile, tickling Luna on his shoulders. They danced and laughed, opened presents and had cake. Luna had finally let herself become slightly happy, until the guild doors burst open.

Everyone gasped as they looked to the doors, Lucy stood in the doorway. A black aura surrounded her, her attire dark as her wings. She glared around the guild eyeing everyone in turn, her eyes landing on Jellal; softening slightly. Jellal stood there with his mouth opened, shocked to see the woman he had been searching desperately for the past three months. "Mommy?" Luna whispered, gaining Lucy's attention. Lucy's face completely changed when looking at Luna, she smiled a genuine smile that she hadn't felt in three months.

"My baby." Lucy whispered, kneeling down with her arms out. Luna ran happily into Lucy's arms, tears running down her cheeks. "Are you back for good?" Luna asked. "No, baby." Lucy said sadly, tightening her grip on Luna. "Your coming with me." Lucy said, loud enough for everyone to hear. She scooped Luna into her arms and began to back away towards the door. Jellals eyes widened in shock at what he saw before him. "Lucy?" He said, his head shaking slightly. "I'm sorry, jellal." She said, a tear sliding down her cheek.

Lucy rushed through the open guild doors with Luna in her arms. Once free if the guild she flew into the air, Luna looking down at her father as she cried out for help.
