Devil Lucy- our time has come.

Chapter fourty two~ traveling to celestial world

Lucy and jellal awoke early the next morning, packing their bags before heading into the kitchen. Luna was already sitting at the table, breakfast ready for the three of them, a somber look on her face. "Don't look so sad, we'll be back before you know it." Jellal said, kissing the top of her head. "Yeah, I know." She said in a monotone. "Cheer up sweetie, please?" Lucy said, her hand resting on Luna's shoulder. "I'm just worried, I'll miss you guys." Luna said sadly. "Like your father said, we'll be back before you know it." Lucy assured, as she and jellal sat down for breakfast.

After finishing their meal, the Fernandez family headed to the guild hall. Gray, juvia and natsu were already waiting, saying goodby to their families. Rebecca had silent tears sliding down her cheeks, Sylvia stood behind her with her hands on her shoulders. Silver stood tall and proud for his parents, having every expectation of their return. Inside he was silently screaming, the fear of losing them almost to much to bare. Everyone bid them farewell as the group headed out of the guild doors.

"Wait, how are we getting there?" Gray asked suddenly. Loki appeared before them with a bow and a smile. "That's my job." He said, as he began to pass out clothes to each of them. Their outfits were made of a silky material, unique and colorful designs splayed across them. "This is so beautiful!" Juvia gushed over her turquoise blue dress. Lucy was adorned in a golden dress with a queens crown. "Isn't the crown a bit much?" She asked with a blush of embarrassment. "What do you expect lu? You are their queen after all." Natsu said with a snigger. Lucy turned to glare at him, to find him and gray huddled together both of them giggling.

"How dare you mock our queen!" Loki said, sending them flying with a blast of white light. Lucy and juvia laughed at the pair, sprawled on the ground in a heap. "You guys ready to go?" Jellal asked, bringing everyone's attention to what's at hand. "Right, let's do this." Lucy said, giving the guild one last glance. She waved at Luna, silver and Rebecca in the window, before Loki sent them to the spirit world. When Lucy opened her eyes, she was in a beautiful place with a vast sky of stars and planets. She could see smoke in the distance, bringing her hand to her mouth in shock as she saw Virgo.

Virgo stood with whip in hand, wearing a skin tight black latex suit, a scowl on her lips. She was whipping the nikolai to do her bidding, while she cackled an evil laugh. Lucy could see many of the smaller spirits hiding behind rubble, shaking in fear. "There's Virgo." Loki said with anguish. "And there's Aries." He said, pointing to the left. Aries was adorned in black sunglasses, a tank top and shorts. She was cackling manually as she shot her horns at the other spirits, Scorpio and Capricorn trying to defend them. "This is horrible." Lucy said, her eyes welling with tears. Juvia wrapped her hand around Lucy's, giving it a squeeze of support. She knew how close Lucy was to all the spirits, and how much pain she must feel by watching this.

"We have to stop them, but how? How do we turn them back?" Lucy questioned. "Only the queen can do that." Loki said, smiling at Lucy. "But, how?" She begged, as the tears began to slide down her cheeks. "You'll know when it's time." He said, jumping into the fight to help Scorpio and Capricorn. "Ok, juvia you help the spirits to safety, Gray and natsu help Loki. Jellal and I will deal with Virgo." Lucy said, her expression turning serious. "Aye sir!" They said in unison, rushing to their posts. "Let's do this." Jellal said, kissing Lucy's cheek. "Let's do this." She repeated, as she began to walk towards Virgo.

"Virgo!" Lucy said, gaining her attention. She stood her ground as Virgo smirked at her, her head tilted slightly. Lucy tightened her grip around her flueve d'etoiles, it's rainbow colors shining brightly. Virgo laughed at her prey as she stepped closer. "You think you can stop me and my punishment?" Virgo asked, licking her lips. Lucy shook her head at Virgo, disgusted by what she saw. "What happened to you, Virgo?" Lucy asked with concern. "I have been awakened." She said with a smile. "Me, Aries and Aquarius have all been awakened." She said, as though she were in a trance. "She's being controlled?" Lucy thought to herself.

"Who did this awakening?" Lucy asked, dodging as Virgo tried to strike with her whip. "That, I cannot say." Virgo said with an evil smile. Lucy continued to think hard as she dogged attack after attack. Who could possibly want to hurt the spirits? Was it another celestial wizard? She couldn't think of anyone or anything that would be after them. She heard a scream behind her, quickly dodging another attack she quickly looked. Gray and natsu had been blown back by an attack from Aries, Loki and Scorpio were helping Capricorn get people to safety. "Shit, what do I do?" Lucy thought in a panic. "Water sliver!" She heard, as juvia jumped from nowhere.

"Get away from my beloved!" She screamed, landing in a fighting stance before Aries. "Lucy, deal with Virgo. I'll deal with Aries." Juvia said, her eyes turning dark. She looked to gray and natsu unconscious beside her on the ground. "No one hurts my beloved and lives to talk about it!" Juvia said, as she began to send attack after attack at Aries. Lucy turned back to Virgo with determination, she couldn't let juvia or the others down. "I am the queen of the celestial world." Lucy said, as she began to stand. "I'm responsible for the celestial world and all celestial beings." She recited, as a white light began to glow around her. "I will protect you, Virgo!" She said, as she began to float in the air.
