Devil Lucy- our time has come.

Chapter fourty~ celestial queen

Lucy, jellal and Luna sat at their kitchen table, waiting for Loki to appear. He had promised to answer all of Lucy's questions. "When is he coming?" Luna asked impatiently, as she was going to silvers afterwards. "He'll be here soon." Lucy said, taking a drink from her strawberry vanilla milkshake. As she said that, a golden light appeared beside her. Loki appeared in the chair beside her, a smile on his face. "My queen." He said, bowing his head slightly.

"I'v told you to quit calling me that." Lucy said with exasperation. She always thought of her spirits as friends, not shields. She fights alongside her spirits, not behind them. "We're friends, wether I'm a queen or not." Lucy said kindly. "Well, you are my queen." Loki said with a boyish grin and a shrug. "I am here to answer any of your questions." He said. "Amber said that as queen, the spirits and celestial world was my responsibility. Is everything okay in the spirit world?" Lucy asked with concern. "For now things are quiet in the spirit world." Loki informed. "Good." Lucy said with a sigh of relief.

"And the spirits?" She asked, noticing the unsure look on his face. "Well, most of them are fine." He said, his gaze cast downward. "Virgo, Aries and Aquarius on the other hand...." He said, trailing off. "What's wrong with them?" Lucy asked, her hand going to her keys. She couldn't feel any magic from Virgo, Aries or Aquarius's keys. "I haven't had to summon anyone in a while." Lucy said sadly, feeling as though she abandoned her friends. "They've changed, Virgo abuses the other spirits with her whips, Aries shoots her horns at anyone who crosses her." Loki informed.

"And Aquarius?" Lucy urged him to continue. "Well, shes always had a temper." Loki started. "But, something has changed, she broke up with Scorpio and no one has seen her for months." Loki said, a look of sadness in his eyes. "I promise, I'll save them." Lucy said with determination. "Thank you, Lucy." Loki said with appreciation. "First, we need to train you in your new celestial magic." Loki said, standing from the table. "Meet me at the fairy tail training grounds." Loki said, disappearing into a light of gold. "Wow, things don't look to good do they?" Luna asked, worry in her voice. "No, they don't." Lucy said.

Luna left for silvers shortly after Loki left, jellal had promised Gray they would go on a mission together. Lucy and jellal said goodbye to one another, as Lucy prepared to meet Loki at the training grounds. "This is so exciting!"  A voice in Lucy's head said. She couldn't wait to learn her new magic. "We can't wait to help you, mrs Lucy!" A voice said in Lucy's head. "Scorpio?" Lucy said aloud, turning to look behind her. "That's me, we can communicate with you telepathically now that your queen." Scorpio's voice said. "That is so cool!" Lucy squealed. Lucy rushed to the fairy tail training grounds to meet Loki, her heart full of excitement.

The training grounds were empty when Lucy arrived, she sighed as she walked to the middle of the clearing. After doing a full circle, a golden light shined beside her as Loki and Scorpio appeared. "Hey guys!" Lucy said, giving each of them a hug. "My queen." Loki said with a smirk, knowing she hated it. "Mrs Lucy." Scorpio said, his tongue hanging out slightly. "So, what are we working on?" Lucy asked. "Well, you already know about the telepathy." Loki started. "You can also....Well we"ll just show you." He said with a smile.

Three and a half hours later. (You have to say it in the narrators voice from sponge-bob!)

Lucy panted heavily as she was bent over, hands on her knees, sweat dripping down her back. Loki and Scorpio stood beside her, both of them looking impressed and shocked. Lucy looked up to the sky, a victorious smile on her face as she continued to pant from exhaustion. "Long time no see, giant mustache." Lucy panted, as she smiled. Before her stood a giant man with a white beard and mustache, she had successfully summoned the celestial king.

"Human girl, it's good to see you once more." The celestial king said, a smile on his face. "I'm sure you've heard of our troubles." He said, his face saddening. "Yes, Loki has informed me of your troubles. I'll do anything I can to assist you." Lucy said with determination. "I know you will." He said with a smile. "You will need to come to the celestial world to do so." He said. Lucy hesitated, as a day in the spirit world was three months in the human world. "Oh, well I'll have to prepare before leaving." Lucy said, knowing they were likely to whisk her away at a moments notice. "Very well, Loki will bring you when your ready." The spirit king said, before disappearing into a brilliant golden light.

Lucy returned to the guild to let everyone know what was happening. She had decided to take only four people with her, the celestial world was dangerous when stayed in to long. Humans can't breathe in the celestial world without wearing celestial clothes, so she didn't want to risk hurting anyone. When she made it to the guild, the doors were wide open and music could be heard. It seemed as though everyone was having a party, Lucy could see Wendy and Romeo dancing as she peaked her head around the corner. Everyone seemed to be happy and having so much fun, could she really ask them to endanger themselves?

She smiled as she saw Jellal and Luna dancing together, Luna had an ecstatic smile. Lucy wanted to take Jellal, natsu, Gray and juvia with her, as she trusted them the most. But, what would happen to Luna and silver if they didn't make it back? She didn't even want to think of the possibility, she smiled again as she looked into the guild. She would wait until tomorrow to talk to them.
