Chapter ten~business man

Lucy sighed as the warm sun spread over her body. She Jellal and Luna were at the park enjoying a picnic. Jellal was currently pushing Luna in one of the swings while Lucy relaxed. "Faster daddy, faster!" Luna laughed, as she went higher and higher. "Im gonna jump!" She yelled, before jumping out of the swing. Jellal raced to the other side to catch her in time. They laughed as they fell to the ground in a heap. "You guys okay?" Lucy asked, admiring her little family. "Yeah." Luna giggled. "Let's go finish eating." Jellal said, eyeing a juicy looking turkey sandwich.

"Can we do it again before we go?" Luna asked, a small pout on her lips. "Of course honey." Jellal promised. "Okay, Okay. Your turn." Lucy laughed, throwing a strawberry in Luna's open mouth. She caught the strawberry, her eyes widening in shock. She bit into the strawberry, wiping away the juice as it slid down her chin. "Did you see that?!" She asked excitedly. "That was awesome!" Jellal said. "I'm so proud." Lucy said, hugging Luna close. They continued to eat and laugh while enjoying the peace and quiet.

"Yo, luce!" A voice said behind them. "Hey natsu!" Lucy said back. "Aunt Sylvia!" Luna said excitedly, jumping into Sylvia's arms. "I missed you!" Sylvia said with a giggle, twirling Luna around as she laughed. "I missed you too." Luna laughed. "Didn't they see each other yesterday?" Natsu whispered to Jellal. "Yup, I think it's a girl thing." Jellal whispered back with a shrug. "Well, whatever." Natsu said digging into one of the turkey sandwiches. "Hey, That was mine!" Lucy said, slapping his arm.

"It's mine now!" Natsu laughed, shoving the whole thing in his mouth. "Hmm, good." He said wiping his mouth clean. "Your such a pig uncle Natsu." Sylvia giggled. "Oh yeah? Oink! Oink!" Natsu said, chasing Luna around. He softly tackled her to the ground and began to bounce her on his knees while she giggled. "So, what brings you two to the park today?" Lucy asked Sylvia. "Actually, we were looking for you and jellal." Sylvia said.

"Master has a mission for the four of us." Sylvia informed. "She said we could take Luna as well." Sylvia said with a smile. Lucy and jellal looked to one another unsure, they had never taken Luna on a mission before. "How dangerous will it be?" Jellal asked. "Oh no, it's just an escorting mission. Some high dollar business man needs to get a couple towns over from here, real simple." Sylvia said with a smile.

"That could be good for her, let her get out and see the world." Jellal said to Lucy thoughtfully. "Ok, but first sign of trouble you get her out quick." Lucy said sternly. "Of course dear." Jellal said, kissing her forehead. The group gathered their belongings and headed towards the guild. Lucy kicked the doors open, causing everyone's head to turn. "We're home!" Luna cried from atop Lucy's shoulders.

"Luna!" Everyone said with a laugh. "Hey that's my line!" Natsu said playfully. "Well, can I use it to uncle natsu?" Luna asked, her lip quivering ever so slightly. "Of course!" Natsu said, panicking slightly. Lucy and jellal chuckled slightly, knowing Luna could make Natsu do anything. "Lucy, jellal good to see you." Erza said from the bar. "Come, join me." She said, waving them over. Lucy and jellal left Luna with Levi while they talked to Erza.

"So, this is a simple mission. A man named Donald benton is to be escorted to raven hollow, a couple towns over. He has a very important business deal and he wants some protection." Erza told them. "Sounds easy enough." Jellal said. "Will you be taking Luna?" Erza asked. "Yes, since it won't be to dangerous." Lucy said. "Excellent, you should take silver as well while gray and juvia are away. "Ok, were is he?" Lucy asked looking around. She didn't see him anywhere in the guild, which worried her.

"Ah, he's in the pool out back." Erza said, rolling her eyes. Lucy, jellal, natsu, Sylvia and Luna headed out of the back dor, to find silver and gajeel in the pool. They were currently having some kind of duel that silver seemed to be winning at. "And I stab you in the chest!" Silver said, as gajeel pretended to be stabbed; holding his chest he fell into the water with gurgling noises. "Help...me..." gajeel said at the end, before submerging into the water. He swam under the surface, picking silver up he threw him across the pool. Silver laughed as he flew the air, splashing into the pool below.

"Hey guys." Gajeel said, once seeing them. "Hey man." Natsu said with a wave. "Aunt Lucy!" Silver cried, jumping from the pool to give her a hug. "Would you like to come on a mission with us?" Lucy asked. "Is luna coming?" Silver asked, a small blush forming on his cheeks. "Yes she is." Lucy said with a slight smile. "Then yes, I would love to. Let me just change." Silver said, grabbing his towel and clothes. "I think silver has a crush on Luna." Lucy whispered to Jellal. "Oh?" Jellal replies thoughtfully, smiling.

Once Silver was finished changing they headed to the clients house. It was a tall mansion on the edge of town with a white picket fence surrounding it. They knocked on the polished wood door slightly, waiting for it to open. "Oh, you must be from fairy tail?" An elderly woman questioned, once opening the door. "Yes ma'am, we're here to escort mr Benton." Lucy said kindly. "Please come in." The woman offered, stepping aside to let them in. They walked through the threshold to find themselves in front of a beautiful staircase with a room on either side, a hallway could be seen leading down the side of the stairs.

"Ah, your here!" A mans voice exclaimed. "Excellent, let me grab my things." "Take your time." Lucy said, not wanting him to feel rushed. After he collected his belongings, they headed to the train station. It would take a couple days to arrive at raven hollow, so they enjoyed one another's company for that time.
