This'll be as spoiler free as possible so yeah.
Firstly, the animation in this is amazing. I mean, it's not perfect but it's beautiful

Secondly, the storyline is amazing. When you first look at it, you think: oh. This is gonna be another one of those disgusting, hentai stuff. No thank you.
In fact, I purposely avoided this anime because I thought that exact thing XD
BOI WAS I WRONG.
THE CHARACTERS ARE SO IN DEPTH, IT'S AS IF THEY ARE REAL LIFE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T JUST SCREAM: S-Senpai! You Baka! EVERY THREE SECONDS.
THE STORYLINE IS WELL PACED AND WELL THOUGHT OUT THAT YOU NEVER GET BORED AND YOU JUST WANNA FINISH THE ENTIRE THING IN ONE GO.
It's not like other highschool anime's where the girls are so useless and just there for fan service. Every single character has a reason for being in this anime, every single character has a purpose.
The main protagonist is not only really amusing and funny, but he's also actually really smart despite his dumb demeanour (which he actually explains in the anime) AND he has flaws!
Take that Kirito.

I'll have to point out that I don't think it's fully completed yet so there are still many flaws and plot holes which need to be filled. But so far, it's a great anime.
